The Colonial not only shows films, but has a children's series in the summer featuring live musical and other entertainment for the ten and under set as well as doubling as a live music and comedy venue year round. A great addition to the community!!

Old fashioned movie theater. Shows include classic films. Restored recently to mimic days gone by. Parking is a bit tricky, as it's in the heart of historic Phoenixville. Definitely a treasure and a memorabe experience.

I went to concerts at Colonial Theater. They sell the seats by zone, which is nice. The sound is pretty loud and somewhat distorted. Easy to find parking.

Since its first showing in 1903, the Colonial Theatre has continued to offer classic movies, concerts, magic shows & more. "In 1957 Good News Productions produced The Blob starring Steve McQueen. Scenes from the movie were filmed at the Colonial and other spots in and around Phoenixville."
