Salon Giti

I called Giti's Salon late in the afternoon, and Giti had me come in that evening. I had been to another salon where the cut had left me hesitant to go to anyone. Giti was wonderful. She is very knowledgeable, honest and wants to make sure the style and color are perfect. She did a wonderful job and I will recommend her highly to anyone who wants to leave a salon with a high quality style and color. I'm looking forward to trying out a facial there soon.

Ive been a customer of Gitis for nearly eight years and I wouldnt think of letting anyone else highlight my hair. She gets the color right every time. This is extremely important because I enjoy wearing hairpieces so my own hair needs to blend in with the artificial pieces to ensure a natural look. Not only are Gitis prices reasonable, but she is very accommodating and flexible and her new salon is very clean, comfortable and relaxing.

I have been very impressed with Giti. I have been to her twice now & both times I received a fabulous haircut. She has bent over backwards to accommodate my schedule & even cut my daughter's hair beautifully. I have received numerous compliments & have now referred several people to her.

Salon Giti is wonderful. Giti suggests the best cut and color for your hair. I was tired of trying to figure out a hairstyle and the right color and she made it easy. She is affordable and the color and highlights have been great and lasted a long time.

okay im going to be very honest. This lady is soo unprofessional and has NO idea how to do hair. I went to her for highlights and she left my hair orange! on top of that she only put the hightlights about a finger long so you can tell where it stops on my hair. This is the worst place I have ever been to, the hair cuttery would have been 10 times better. I swear that all those good reviews that were written, she either wrote it or paid someone to write it. I now have to go back to the salon I have been going for over 10 years and tell him to fix it. This is what i get for trying someone new. Trust me and dont go here.

Giti has the perfect touch...every time. I used to bounce from stylist to stylist and was always fearful of getting a bad cut or color job until a friend from church recommended Giti to me four years ago. I've been going to her ever since and won't let anyone else touch my hair. My cut and highlights look great every time. I'm one of those who likes a consistent style and Giti gets it right for me time after time. I highly recommend Giti. Give her a try...you'll be glad you did!

A coworker recommended Giti to me two years ago and I've been going to her for cuts and color ever since. Giti is truly a master stylist and is great with color and highlights using the foil technique. I trust her completely when I want to try a new style, cut or shade of color. She can easily assess what works best with your face shape, coloring, etc. Her newly renovated salon is very professional, relaxed and she offers all the services and products you would find at a traditional salon but she has better prices. Now I recommend Giti to my friends and coworkers.

Giti first styled my hair when I was 18. I'm 35 now and I can't imagine ever going to anyone else. She did my first foil highlights, my first facial, my first wax, my first manicure... she even agreed to dye my hair purple, pink and blue (ruefully) when I went through my "goth" phase. Through the years I have gotten numerous compliments on my hair and nails. My nails are natural now, but it seemed when Giti did them I wasn't going back for touch ups or fills as often as my friends - and I worked at an animal hospital! I would highly recommend Giti.

I have been going to Giti's for over 5 years. Sometimes when I don't have a particular style in mind, Giti will cut my hair in a syle that is complimetary and current but not too trendy. My foil highlights come out very natural, my sisters didn't even realize my hair was highlighted! Her prices are very reasonable considering the high quality of her work. I can't recommend her highly enough.

Since I've beeing going to Giti (for color & cuts) I just love my hair and I get many compliments on the color. I'm a brunette with a lot of gray and she has lightened me up considerably yet gradually over time. I can now go longer between touch ups! I am so happy to have been referred to her - I think it has been over two years ago now. My son has also been to Giti and he has been very happy with his experiences there as well. Her new salon room is wonderful!

Really I do! Giti has been styling my hair for over 5 years now, and I would never think of going anywhere else. No matter what the occasion or just the usually color touch up and syle she always comes through.

Giti is truly a master stylist. It was my lucky day 12 years ago when I first sat in her chair, and I can't imagine anyone else doing my hair. Whether its styling, cutting, coloring or highlighting, she is exceptional. Giti's instinct about what is best for your hair is always on target, but she is very gracious about letting you make the final decision. She is a charming person, and her salon is lovely and relaxing. I always feel (and look) great when I walk out of her door. I highly recommend Giti.

When I first moved here to the DC area I tried several salons and stylist before I found Giti. She changed my style and I just love it! I get stopped in the halls asking where I get my hair done! Her prices can not be beat! Giti is the best and I highly recommend her!

I recommend Giti with enthusiasm. She has cut my hair, which is thick with a natural wave, every four to six weeks for more than fifteen years. I have always been pleased and receive many compliments on my hair.

She has been a stylist in the area for over 20 years and has done many celebrities while working in DC. She is a wonderful stylist and an absolute magician with color and highlights. You wont find anyone better!! Price is very reasonable. Shes been doing my hair for years and I wouldnt think of using anyone else.

In the early 1990s when I met Giti, I had thick hard to style hair. Over the years she has taken me from below the shoulder no color needed, through stylish short cuts, to reverse streaked grey, two bouts of temporarily thin hair, to todays beautiful color and short page boy. It always looks great, is suitable to age and time constraints. People ask me who does my hair and then become her next customer. She looks at you and your hair.. Shes a wizard with color. Customers leaving her chair look great. You will not find a more professional or nicer hairdresser. I have the good fortune to count her as a friend as well.
