5 Stars: A superior, professional company (by Sue W.)

I called late afternoon Thursday, July 3rd, holiday evening to be exact. The tech showed up shortly after, chased down the leak and had things wrapped up in less than an hour. Matt was respectful, polite, knowledgeable, professional and quick. I couldn't have had a better experience although I'm sure his wasn't so "cool". He had to crawl underneath a mobile home, in high heat and humidity to track the leak and never once complained, moaned or groaned. 5 stars to this company who's magnet is on my refrigerator and number is on my speed dial. If Matt is a reflection of this company and their ethics then they are TOP NOTCH! I highly recommend South East Total Service and cannot find a single thing to complain about!

5 Stars: Plumbing problems (by Glen P.)

For years our daughter had problems with her plumbing. Washer would would back up into the shower, the toilets kept clogging, bathtub was slow to drain along with the sinks. We tried snaking out the lines, replacing pipes all to no avail. So then we called South East Total Service and had them come out. They were very courteous, ran a TV camera into the main drain and found that the sewer line to the street had shifted and broken. They gave us 2 estimates, and very reasonable on both. They were a lot lower than most. One estimate if they had to go all the way to the street and one if they didn't. They told us how long it would take and worked with us to make sure that the city was not liable. We granted them the job. As it turned out they did not have to go all the way into the street, which saved us a lot of money. They did expert work and didn't mind if I, my wife or daughter were there to watch. They explained everything they were doing and why it had to be done that way. They used high grade products and when the job was done, it was perfect. I would highly recommend them to anyone that needed any plumbing done. We are also going to use them for some remodeling projects that we have planned. To sum it all up, they are very professional and courteous and very reasonably priced.Glen Pope

5 Stars: Quality people and quality work!!! (by Eric C.)

I have used South East Total Service twice in the last month. I had a leak I couldn't fix under my garden tub. I called South East Total Service and they came out the same day and fixed it. Then two weeks later I discovered a leak under my sink on a Sunday night. I emailed South East Total Service that night and the next morning they called me at 8:00 a.m. and then sent someone out before lunch. Both times their employee (Matt) was very friendly and knowledgeable.
