Everyone knows just how stressful finding a new apartment can be. Where one calls home is one of the most important aspects of living. Rest assured if Fonda is your realtor. I met with Fonda and gave her a copious list of needs (wants) in an apartment situation. She quickly gave me a list of her top choices that met my criteria. I have a very busy schedule but she accomodated to it. We then drove around and checked out her choices. In this brief period of time, I had a feeling that was finding out a little about me to deduce where the best place for me was. We found a community that fits me perfectly and I thank her for that. One very simple thing she did during our apartment search let me know just how serious she takes her job. She received an incoming call on her cell phone and quickly silenced it explaining she needed to put her full attention on me. To steal a slogan from a well known insurance company...You are in good hands with Fonda. Best of luck in your search for a new home!

Fonda...what can I say? We came to see you with the hope that we could find an apartment in the Arboretum area, move in date in less than a week. You never gave up in calling the leasing offices, you were persistent and it paid off. Not only are we in a great neighborhood, the apartment management is wonderful! Thanks girl!!! Now you've got me addicted to those Lemonberry Slushes from Sonic!!

If you are looking for apartment and don't have much time then Fonda is for you when I went in her office I felt that she was determined to get me a place and she was I found my new apartment the same day. she made the process a lot easier and fun. she stayed in my price range. and one thing I notices was that every time we went in to a apartment to look at them she new everybody by name and that is one thing that i liked. I strongly recommend Fonda.

Fonda is UNBELIEVABLE! She is extremely knowlegeable about pretty much any complex anywhere in Austin. She was a breeze to work with and truly went out of her way to help me find the perfect home. The best thing about Fonda is that she listens to what is really important to you and goes down a list of all the properties that she believes will fit your desires. She knows Austin like the back of her hand and it's her experience that makes finding a new apartment easy. It was a relief to actually find a locator who truly cares about her clients and not just her percentage. I've already recommended her to a few friends (who also found a great place through her) and will continue to do so in the future. Utilizing Fonda's skills and experience to locate a great place to live will definitely take the hassle out of finding an apartment in Austin.

Thanks again for all the work you did to help us find just the right place for Alex and Ryan. I appreciate the hours you had to put into the search and the effort to drive us around the city. I am amazed that we found such a nice looking apartment with good ongoing maintenance. All the extras it has for the guys due to its location is wonderful too. I believe that your on the spot phone calls and your experience in which places are quality gave you the ability to find it for us at the last minute. You were also very flexible and patient as we had trouble agreeing with each other at first.
