I was very impressed when the service technician came to look at my furnace that he put covers over his shoes. He also gave me some lamenated information to look over that completely explained the pricing. It is the worst feeling when you don't know what to expect for cost when it comes to something that is a necessity, as a furnace in North Dakota. The technician fixed the furnace at the lowest cost possible making me a very happy customer (not to mention the 1 hour guarantee when it is -40 degrees is something unheard of).
