Frank's Engineering Clinic

In my opinion, Frank is not honest. I write this following multiple phone conversations with Frank over the last several weeks. He took the title of an older car registered to me and driven by my son for repairs owing. He did not file a lien sale as required by the state. The car ended up back on the street and the new owner drove it on an expired registration and racked up about $1,000 in red light tickets and parking fines until the car was impounded. Frank admitted taking the car and title but has refused to produce a bill of sale or any documentation that I need to clear my name from the title. Is this who you want to do business with?

I cannot speak highly enough of Frank's Engineering Clinic. I recently took my car in for an estimate to repair major body damage (both doors and the front and rear panels on the right side had to be repaired along with realignment work). Frank and his mechanic, Jeff, both looked at my car. They were professional, friendly, polite, and very knowledgeable. They do not just repair cars for a living: as a second-generation family business, they KNOW cars in and out and, because of that, were able to come up with a plan to repair my car to its original condition in the most cost-effective way. Their professionalism also inspired immense trust in their capabilities. Frank's estimate was significantly less than the first estimate that I received, so I immediately left a deposit and the car.

Six business days later, I got my car back. It is FLAWLESS. I am in awe of Frank and Jeff's workmanship and will enthusiastically recommend the Clinic to my family and friends. Hopefully I will not need body work on my car anytime soon, but I will definitely go back to Frank if I ever do, as well as for any car-related needs and questions. Thank you, Frank!
