In addition, I will ensure that your home is safe while you are away, leaving you with peace of mind that your valued pet family member and your home are safe and secure in your absence. My service area includes San Pedro, Miraleste, Rancho Palos Verdes, Rolling Hills, Harbor Hills, Harbor City and Lomita. If you are outside of this service area, please call - we may be able to assist you. When you contact Animal Friends Professional Pet Care I will make an appointment with you to personally come to your home to meet you and the animals in your care. This complimentary get acquainted visit allows you to ask questions about my services and allows me to learn about the special needs of your pet(s). Just call me or email me to set up your interview. I wish I could give 6 stars!
Mark became my dog walker in May 2010, after I broke my foot and could not walk my German Shepherd, Sasha. Sasha was a shelter rescue, and did not want to leave my side. Several of my friends tried to walk her for me, but she would not go with them. Mark came to meet her, and instantly formed a bond. He was gentle, patient, and loving, which allowed her to get comfortable with him. I was home, in a cast, so I was able to watch the transformation. Mark is the best there is at what he does.

Mark Davis has been a god send for our family and animals. Mark is wonderful with our animals, and he is a very responsible and trustworthy person. I would highly reccomend Mark to anyone in need of Petsitting. We have traveled a lot in the last 4 years, and everytime we came home from a trip our animals were all very happy and the house was immaculate. Mark is a kind loving and smart person who pays attention to every detail and I feel very lucky to have a special person like him that can take care of my animals when we are gone

Animal Friends Professional Pet Care is by far the best in-home pet care in the South Bay! Mark was immediately trusted by all three of our dogs. He was very professional in every respect. We feel completely comfortable entrusting not only our dogs but our home as well to Mark's expert care. We highly recommend this service to anyone.

We had to leave town on very short notice. We called Mark Davis on the night before we had to leave. I had my fingers crossed that he would be available and he was so friendly and came over within the same hour to visit our pets and show us the ropes. I couldn't believe how complete his service is! Not only does he take the dogs out and play with them, but he waters your garden and checks the mail at no extra cost! I found the price to be very reasonable and his care to be exceptional. He emails you daily about each visit and even sends you photos of your pets running around enjoying his company. He even brought over a raw hide of our Staffie Brutsy to enjoy. I was so at ease while we where away because when Mark met Brusty (Staffie) and Weiner ( Toy DauchsoDoodle) he was so friendly at unintimidated by Brusty's size and Weiner's energy. He took the time to bond with them before hand so that they would trust him while we were away. Now we know who to go to when we have our summer vacation! You can be sure that you and your pets can rely on Mark. We highly recommend his services! Thanks so much Animal Friends!

I had to go out of town for several days and didn't want to board my pit bull dogs. One has a shy nervous personality and the other is a huge handful and somewhat destructive. In the past when I have boarded, my little girl has returned home a nervous wreck and my big boy is usually out of control for several days. I hired animal friends to stay the night at my house for several days hoping to avoid these issues. Mark met me at my home prior to the visit. He was personable and seemed to immediately connect with both of my dogs. We walked through the morning and evening routines. He took notes on everything. He left me with references and documentation of his licenses and insurance. I felt very comfortable leaving my home and family in his hands. While I was away I received lengthy e-mails every morning from Mark relaying everything that happened from when he arrived through when he left the following morning. He took pictures of my dogs and attached them in the e-mail. He even let them sleep on the bed with him, which I had told him he didn't have to do. When I returned home my loving family acted as if I had never left. I had none of the issues I'd had following boarding. Mark also checked my mail and watered my plants. I would highly recommend Mark and Animal Friends Pet Care to anyone for pet sitting or dog walking. I will definitely be using him in the future.
