Kick Butt Coffee

By request of Master Gohring, I am writing this review about my new favorite oasis in Austin, it's Kick Butt Coffee. The door reads, "COFFEE BREWING 7AM -11PM TROUBLE BREWING 24/7".
When you walk in, you might come in to open mic poetry, music, comedy, dancing or a quiet coffee house scene. That's what is so unique about this place, it is set up for nearly everyone to enjoy.
Not only do they serve "Kick Butt Coffee", but they also serve smoothies, liquor, beer, make coffee martinis and they even have sake...I almost forgot to mention the yummy toffee and chocolate chip cookies, brownies and blondies they bake daily. Their prices are fair and the service is great. The baristas wear martial arts uniforms and they sell rubber throwing stars and foam nun chucks at the counter. They also have WiFi access. The set up is really classy, there are various martial arts weapons carefully placed on display above the bar, as they are themed around martial arts and the whole "kick- butt" thing. The only location (for now) is on 5775 Airport blvd near Highland mall @ 290E.
