When I called they answered the phone right away and I didn't have to deal with leaving messages and waiting for a call back like with other appliance repair businesses that I contacted from the Dallas yellow book before calling Dallas Appliance Repair. And their estimate for my dryer repair was reasonable. They also came on time and did a great job. Once I had the appointment, I decided to also used them to fix my dishwasher because the dishes weren't cleaning all the way. They're definitely worth every cent because they came right away, diagnosed the problems and fix both my Kenmore dryer and Bosh dishwasher right away. Now I don't have to run the dryer several times to dry my clothes and I don't have to wash the dishes by hand.

Dallas Appliance Repair's customer service is very nice and seems to truly value their clients. I called for an emergency oven repair because I had people coming to my house for dinner and my GE oven suddenly stopped working. They sent a technician the same day and worked around my schedule. The Dallas Appliance Repair technician who arrived was very friendly. And he was definitely talented. He did have to go to the store because the problem was the control board and he didn't have a replacement with him, but all-in-all I was happy. Within 2.5 hours the oven was repaired and working perfectly.

We called them to repair our refrigerator because it wasn't cooling well. They gave us a reasonable estimate, they showed up when they said they would, and everything with the refrigerator repair went really smoothly. Of course, I hope that we have no more need for their services, because refrigerator problems often come with big headaches, but I have added Dallas Appliance Repair to my rolodex for future needs and recommendations.
