the car was cranking slow. the battery was 4 years old and original equipment. went to sears on grand canyon parkway. the tech checked out the battery, explaining as he went through the procedure. turns out the battery was quite depleted at 10 volts(i had checked the battery with my own volt meter prior to going to sears.) there wasn't a sale so i had to pay regular price. $99 total for a 72 month delco battery. in my younger days, i was a mechanic. talking to the staff there, they were friendly and showed that they knew their stuff.
