I signed up to do 1 session to get in shape for summer and had only intended on doing that one . I am now on my 3rd session and will continue to do many more. Go fit has amazing trainers that are very knowledgable and caring. This program is very motivating and everyone in the class and trainers are so supportive. If you have an injury or need special assistance with anything the trainers will be there for you and help you with what you may need. I would recommend this program for beginners or advanced. Hands down, this is the best program in Austin!

I am in the middle of my third session and have already signed up for two more! I typically do not stay with my workout plans, but GoFit has kept me motivated. The three women that put it on are not only amazing, but they also always make you want to show up to the workouts. They motivate and encourage you throughout the entire hour to work hard and do your best. I have seen great results over the past three months. This program, by far, has been the best that I have found in Austin. I have tried many different workouts in Austin and this is the only one which has kept me motivated. I not only am enjoying my results, but am also actually excited to work out!

I found out about it through a friend and a group of us decided to get in shape for a friend's wedding because we were all bridesmaids. "Bridesmaid boot camp" we called it! Anyway, I had a blast! I am about to get married in 10 days! Like most brides I wanted to tone up and drop a little bit of weight! Totally satisfied. I have done the getfit quick (not for the weak hearted (like me!...but it was fabulous)) and the getfit bikini bootcamp. Tomorro is my last day of the bikini bootcamp and I have to say losing about 10 lbs, attaining 99% more energy, and being able to take in my dress 4 inches were all great results!

The boot camp lasts 3 weeks and meets every Monday through Thursday - I chose the early morning 5:45 class because of my hectic work schedule and couldn't be more pleased. Every morning we work out in a different location - on Town Lake's trails, at Austin High School's track and baseball fields, even near the Lamar bridge. Every person works out at their own pace, but after the first 3 weeks I felt a noticeable change in my fitness level. The first day's workout includes a timed 2 mile run, which you repeat again at the end of 3 weeks to track your progress - after 3 weeks of boot camp, I shaved 10 minutes off of my original 2 mile time. I highly recommend this program to anyone.

I am addicted to the camps and love to participate any time I need a boost. It definitely gets me motivated to stay in shape, to stay strong and healthy.
I cannot say enough about the instructors, Kim and Kelly. They work out with you as opposed to watching you. They are encouraging and make you work really hard while keeping it fun. If you want to get in to shape and be motivated to stay that way, Go Fit boot camp is for you!

A friend recommended Go Fit, and it was the best decision I could have made. I went from being the last one in the group to finish, to someone who works out at least four days a week. I am addicted to the camps and love to participate any time I need a boost. It definitely gets me motivated to stay in shape, to stay strong and healthy.
I cannot say enough about the instructors, Kim and Kelly. They work out with you as opposed to watching you. They are encouraging and make you work really hard while keeping it fun. If you want to get in to shape and be motivated to stay that way, Go Fit boot camp is for you!

If you told me a couple of months ago that I not only would have completed a full boot camp session, but excitedly (and repeatedly) signed up to flog myself into a sweaty mess for 8 weeks straight, I would have called you crazy. And then ordered us another round of pizza and beer.

But 8 weeks later, 4 pants sizes, 15 pounds later, I?m a changed woman. I?m rocking a strong frame of lean muscle where there were no muscles before, endurance and strength to run faster and farther than I ever have, and an entirely new outlook on what it means to be healthy and fit.

It?s hard work ? don?t be fooled into thinking this will be easy, but the Go Fit staff bend over backwards to make it fun, interesting and new, every single workout. Positive encouragement and a friendly atmosphere is key ? there are no military drill instructors, no one finishes alone, and it sounds unbelievable when you?re out there lunging and squatting and crunching ? but you?ll find yourself laughing and having a good time. Really. Crazy ? I know, but true.

A month into my training, my fiance joined Go Fit with me. As a marathon runner and cyclist, I was concerned that while his enthusiasm and support were wonderfully welcomed by me, he might not find the boot camp as physically challenging as I did. Wrong, wrong, wrong! The Go Fit staff tailors the drills to each participant?s skill level, ensuring that every participant (from lifelong athletes to first-timers) gets a thorough and challenging workout.

There?s no greater feeling than being able to reach into your closet and pull anything out, knowing that everything in it fits again. My experience with Go Fit has given me that, along with a new sense of resolve when it comes to my personal weight and strength goals. I?ll continue this program well through the summer, and I can?t wait to see the continued results come July, rocking a bikini, hanging out at Barton Springs?

Pros: early and evening classes, positive reinforcement, great value for the price, rain or shine workouts, no gym memberships!
