I took my car in to get a new Battery. The car ran fine when I brought it in but I wanted a new battery before the winter. They told me that I needed a new alternator. I told them to only replace the battery. When I got in my car and put it in gear, it stalled, the alternator was gone. They had obviously did something to the car but I was forced to buy a new alternator from them. I asked for the old one back and they said I would have to pay a $67 core charge. I argued that there was no mention of this on the invoice and the manager, who was very rude, said that this was common knowledge in the auto repair industry.. Do not get your car fixed here....
