I purchased a battery from Sears Auto Center at Crabtree Mall in Raleigh, NC. Not only was theri service lousy, they told me they didn't have the correct battery for my car, but the one they were putting in should do. The car immediately started having problems on the way home. I called back, they claimed they couldn't find the transaction from the day before. They wanted to put me on hold to deal with their other customers. I had the receipt in front of me, gave them the check no., then all of a sudden they said they had the right battery, it must have been a computer glich the day before. I asked to speak to the supervisor several times, only to be told he had stepped out. I asked for the supervisor to call me, and "Landy" was very reluctant to take my phone number. When asked about the inconvenience for having to come back in, and have the correct battery put in, I was told it wasn't that far a drive, and that it shouldn't be considered an inconvenience. I went to Sears because of their reputation in other states, and their quality of batteries. This was a completely incompentent experience with a very rude salesperson. I am still awaiting contact by a supervisor.

Well - I do not recommend to you to go Sear Auto center.I have my own problem with sear auto center. every time I notice I went different local in sear auto center has similar problem. they do not check how much my car engine go and did not check maintenance report need for my vehicle.I suspect Sear auto center not take care of to respond.they need to more friendly and motive help to respond to cums tor take care of automobiles.
