with my business unfortuantely I've had to use a computer guy before and a company, both of which I have stopped calling. this is by far the most reliable service in Manhattan I've experience so far. My laptop and mac computers are all networked and connected and printing wirelessly, just like I wanted - for the first time in years. I highly recommend David and his people. after shopping around a bit, I settled on these guys even though the quote was not the lowest I received. however, the guy on the phone made me confident that my data would be safe, and it was when the computer was returned. I would use these guys again (hopefully not too soon). I was given warranty on the job that was completed, so I feel pretty safe. my notebook is a bit faster than when it was before. thanks, recommend.

overall this was a good experience. we requested a fellow to come and look at our network, which we were having trouble with . it seems that the dsl was not properly configured, and the ruter. quick and easy experience.
