First and foremost, the owner, Jen, is an amazing person and puts you at ease the minute you walk into the store. We used With Grace for our wedding invitations, placecards, programs and table names. Everything turned out amazing and we could not have been happier with our experience. Jen is honest and will give you great feedback regarding your choices. She will not upsell you and will always work to stay within your budget. Her associates are also equally attentive, sweet and helpful.

I have also returned on many occassions for gifts such as notecards and stationary. This store is one of a kind and the service is second to none. I will be a life-long shopper at With Grace and once you check it out, you will be too!

I absolutely adore With Grace. Jen and staff are so helpful and inviting. I recently had my wedding invites done and have received countless comments on how beautiful and unique they were. Jen helped me find a reasonably priced option as opposed to my original very expensive option. They never try to "oversell" you and are always willing to help you find the perfect card or stationary. You must visit With Grace- you will never buy a card, stationary, etc anywhere else!

We went to With Grace to preview wedding save the dates and invitations and had the most wonderful experience with the owner, Jen. She provides hands on quality service, is a true pleasure to work with and she insists on perfection from the vendors she ordered our invitations from. Jen also specializes in custom orders and she created our wedding program, dinner menu and cocktail list. Her suggestions are always perfection and the products were absolutely beautiful and without a doubt the best deal in town.

Her staff is equally pleasant to work with and it is apparent they care about the quality of the products and customers as much as Jen. With Grace will go the extra mile to ensure you are satisfied with your order. It is truly rare to find such quality customer service. This store is one of a kind.

I went into this store after looking weeks online for the perfect birth announcement. Not only did they provide excellent service, but were less expensive and provided a higher quality stationary than any site I found online. The customer service is the best around! Plus they give a discount to teachers on regularly priced merchandise. A definite A+ for service, variety, and quality. Well worth the trip and a look around! Thank you!!!!

with Grace was by far one of the best experiences with vendors for our wedding. Jen the owner is just great - went out of her way to help us with our logistical craziness as we work out of town. She has super taste and as noted by another reviewer keeps your budget in mind. I found her refreshingly honest about total wastes of money with respect to the invitations while she was in a position to really profit from those. Not found very often from wedding vendors. She wisely recommended that we spend the extra money with our photographer as that is what will last post the wedding.
We received so many compliments on our invites - it was incredible. Working with Jen, we wound up with very tasteful, elegant invitations that really matched the tone of our "formal" wedding. She has examples from all sorts of previous weddings in the shop too helping to make the process a bit more fun than we expected. She also does birth announcements, etc. The rest of the shop has really fun stationery and gift items that I couldn't resist purchasing. If you don't live in the area, it's definitely worth it to stop in!

I moved into Roscoe Village about a year before my wedding, so a friend and I stopped into With Grace just to check out what they had. 9 months later, I have gotten my save-the-dates, thank-you cards, wedding invitations, rehearsal dinner invitations and countless Christmas, birthday and bridal party gifts here! I've never seen the type of customer service they have here - the owner and each of her adorable employees treat you like you're a new friend that they're happy to help! (In fact, when picking save-the-dates, I was looking at one of the most expensive styles and the owner actually recommended that I not spend that much money on save-the-dates...I've never had someone try to talk me out of spending money in their store! But she's so sweet, she was trying to help me find something that wouldn't bust my budget.) I would recommend this store to anyone needing custom stationary, invitations or just fun host gifts or presents for friends (they have really fun wine-stoppers and cocktail napkins too!). Even if you don't live in the neighborhood, it's totally worth the drive/train/bus ride! Plus they're moving to a larger space about 1/2 block west of their current location soon, so they'll have even more room for more goodies!
