We came to be for those who don’t feel comfortable in a traditional gym. We are more of a cardio fitness center geared mainly toward weight loss & cardio strength. We encourage you to speak to other members about their experience here--our success rate speaks for itself! Our methods of staying in shape consists of: kickboxing (2 types), cardio step & body toning (w/ weights). Also offered 2X monthly---boot camp, taught by U.S.M.C. Staff Sgt. James Reynolds. It is guaranteed to make you sweat! And for those of you that feel you need more of a one-on-one, we also offer personal training for an additional charge. The staff at BODY N BALANCE is both qualified & very motivating---thus making it easy for you to keep coming back! Our memberships are of the “mix & match” variety. That way you can try out any/all of the classes we offer and see what you like best. Yet another way we make it easy for you to keep coming back! TRY US WE KNOW YOU WILL LOVE US!
