Kathy helped me through one of the most difficult times in my life which was divorce. Being a man it was very difficult for me to seek help but at the lowest point in my life I found a guiding light in Kathy. I found no judgement or condemnation for my behavior which was a partial cause in a failing marriage. I found hope for coping with my feelings and irrational emotions. You have to understand this process did not happen in a matter of weeks but through a series of months of looking inwardly, objectively at behaviors in my life that needed adjustments. Again being a successful businessman and admitting you need help was a difficult step to take but one I should have taken decades ago. I found strength in my beliefs and faith that I had neglected from early years in climbing the latter of success. Once again because of the guidance offered through Kathy I returned to things that really matter most in life. Through her I found direction, purpose, and confidence to cope with any crisis.

Intuative and to the point. One of the things I appreciate most about Kathy is she wastes no time getting to the core of the issue with kindness and empathy.
For both marriage and individual counseling, Kathy has been so valueable in helping me find a clear perspecitve I can truly understand and count on.
It is great to have someone I can consult with at any time on any issue who can help me find my "focus".

Meeting Kathy was an answer to my prayers! After meeting with several other counselors, and repeating our painful story and situation over and over, I was not looking forward to trying another one, but I am so glad we did! Kathy Pardue is amazingly warm and as easy to pour your heart out to as your best friend. She has sound biblical advice, she applies her knowledge to my situation and actually gives me a variety tools and answers rather than just listening and letting me eventually come to my own conclusions via a staring contest. She customizes her advice to my personality and to my husband's personality in a way that we can live with and work with, and won't abandon because it doesn't fit us. She is blunt at times (haha.. she even got through to my husband in a way I couldn't for all these years!) and she is gentle with her words when fragile feelings are at stake. She stays current on seminars and literature to help us get the help we need. I credit her with helping us saving our marriage! She is awesome, easy to schedule appointments with, and takes our insurance (a biggie for us since we needed so much help!). Highly recommended. I would give her 10 stars if I could!

I am so thankful that God led me to Kathy to discover, grow, change, accept, learn, understand, develop, feel and most of all, come to terms with the reality of the present moment; while finding peace in all that I have experienced. Kathy's whole hearted truths, through compassion and empathy, has allowed me to move through all of the heavy emotions I have unknowingly been carting around on my shoulders, in an overbearing, unbalanced, lopsided existence. She has helped me to see the realness of my pain, by looking dead on to its core, to diminish the power it so tightly had me wrapped around. The excitement and fullness upon leaving Kathy's office each week, put an extra spring in my step! I feel so grateful our paths crossed, knowing all that she has shared with me will carry me through with great support, as I walk forth with optimism...not running too fast, but enjoying the present beauty all around me! Kathy is a true gift!!! I believe she is an angel flying around from person to person, sprinkling her wisdom on the lucky ones that have had the chance to become better off from having known her! I will cherish our friendship always!

Kathy Pardue is very attentive. She gives you her undivided attention, as if nothing else were going on in her life. She has a way of pulling thoughts or feelings out of you and explaining why you are thinking that way or feeling that way. I was able to tell her things I would only tell my best friend or no one. She creates a bond between patient and therapist and I'm sure she does that for all of her clients. She became my therapist just when I felt defeated, rejected, and unsure of myself. She helped me build back my self-esteem, which gave me the strength to carry on.
