      <title>5 Stars:  Quality service when I was in need (by Richalieu U.)</title>
      <description>&lt;p&gt;These guys did not just sell cheap and good product but was good to accept my return without any problem on my third purchase when I found out that I did not need the bulb anymore because my projector was bad.&lt;/p&gt;</description>

      <title>5 Stars:  Great Guys (by Terrence B.)</title>
      <description>&lt;p&gt;I have been buying projector lamps from these guys for few years now, and its all been very great. I have recommended few friends, and they all have had great experiences. I hope they continue.&lt;/p&gt;</description>

      <title>1 Stars:  poor customer service (by eric l.)</title>
      <description>&lt;p&gt;Ordered a lamp for my theater projector.  They stated they had it in stock (#4) and would ship in 1-3 days. Almost a week later, I called to get an update and was told it would ship the next day and apologized for the &amp;quot;slight delay.&amp;quot;  Another 3 days later I call and got their voice mail. I then connected with a live chat person online who said that it shipped today and said they had a lot of orders for that lamp (29 in 5 days) and it had been backordered. Their site still stated they had 4 in stock and the rep said their web program was &amp;quot;stalled.&amp;quot;  I told him that I will be buying my lamps elsewhere from now on and he then disconnected.  VERY POOR OPERATION!!&lt;/p&gt;</description>
