Frenchy's Beauty Parlor is new to Austin but not to creating amazing hair! Frenchy's was established in California in 2002 & has been bringing beauty to the masses ever since. They are growing & now have an Austin location. We are an 8-Chair salon serving Austin. Our decor is definitely Retro (think 50's- pink and black, chrome and custom pin-striping), however we cover the gamut when it comes to style. We specialize in everything from vintage styles (pompadours, fades, vintage up-do's) to more edgy, rocker/punk do's, to very natural gorgeous hi-lites & color. We offer a full line of services for any and all of your needs & specialize in everything from haircuts, hair color, thermal straightening, hair extensions to wedding, prom, and formal styles. We have clients from 2 to 82, and our goal is to make everyone who walks in the door feel welcome & leave feeling pampered.

I always get exactly what I ask for along with an awesome group of friendly service. I get my hair color and cuts done by Rachel and she rocks!! I had a wedding to go to and asked Rachel to style my hair just like some of the pinup girl looks I had seen in several pictures--she nailed the look. My hair was a pretty impressive topic at the reception. You definetely get your money's worth at Frenchy's and I recommend anyone to give it a try. They have pink and black decor and pictures of female movie stars from the '50's hanging on their walls. The girl that cut my hair, Rachel, was very personable and fun to talk to. I never thought I would be one to write a review on here but I just have to say that Linda is AMAZING. She totally revamped my hair. I have been to so many stylists in Austin and I finally found the winner. I will never go anywhere else. Frenchy's also made me feel so at home as everyone in the salon was so welcoming. Linda is so fun and she wasn't afraid to let her creativity take over in designing my cut. I have recieved so many compliments on my new hair and I have Linda to thank! Great Salon. Great price too! My hair looks & feels awesome! She listened and did exactly what I wanted and didn't try to talk me into products I didn't want. I will be going back for both trims & color. The salon atmosphere is funky & fun; a perfect Austin business! The girls that work here are always smiling and make you feel so welcome! Not only are they super friendly, they have an amazing talent. I have watched people from different walks of life come in and get just want they want done to their hair. I have been going to Felice now for several years and I will probably never have anyone else touch my hair except for her. She knows the perfect color, cut and style for my hair and knows just how to make it look wonderful! I love her!!! If you havent done so already, give Frenchy's a shot....you will not regret it! Posted 06/12/08 at 2:55pm Stylish hair salon with great people, atmosphere, and talent I found the hair salon on Citysearch and made an appointment spontaneously. My stylist was Mike. He is awesome and has amazing talent in coloring and styling my long hair. I loved his personality too and we had a cool talk too. I felt very welcoming. Will come back for sure.
