My experience was stress-free, fast and helpful, including getting me to and from work on time while the vehicle was being repaired. I Got my leased car from Martin for the second time and I've never been so comfortable buying a car. Anthony makes it easy and, I walked away with a great deal. I had to special order a sunroof travel kit and they gave me a loaner the day they installed it.
My new lease gets Free Oil Changes and Car Washes.
Took my car in for a broken window, my car sat there for over a week, & when it was ready, the battery was dead and the interior was filthy! They didn't have access to the service bay, so my car couldn't be jumped off, so I was put back into a rental at their cost. Plus, the first time I took my car to the collision center, all my loose coins were stolen! I'm sure the sales center is great because the want to sell you something, I have used the service dept before and felt like they blew me off, over changing a tire. I give them 2 stars.
They were the only ones who still had a black on black Escalade ESV in stock with the premium package. After some haggling, thankfully I did some research, we agreed on a reasonable price. I got a great rate thanks to my credit. I was amazed how fast I got out of there, for last time I bought a car it too close to 4 freakin hours! I have had no problems with anything, and their free VIP services on new cars is great saving a few bucks.
These guys leased me my saab station wago at their employee rate, and pulled every trick in the book to get me financed. We ended up leaving late on a weeknight, but everyone hurried to get it all the paperwork done, but I suspect it was more for they all wanted to get home ...lol They get an A plus for Service.
Good service is so hard to come by, I thought these guys deserved thumbs up!
I leased my car from Martin 6 months ago (I just want to give Kudos to Tina for getting me a great deal) and I've never been so comfortable buying a car. They made it easy and, well, easy and I walked away with a great deal. There was a minor problem with my tire balancing but that was fixed the next day.
What's cool is just because I bought a car there, I get all the Free Oil Changes and Car Washes I want. Since I live around the corner it's the bomb. Thankfully they are open Saturdays or I would never make it there?lol
I have my car serviced there all the time, and they take care of all the details thanks to the few service advisors I know at the Dealership. Joe Baba sold me my last lease, and he was really honest and after doing shopping with three other dealer, got me the best price on my Escalade. I also use their VIC program all the time, and get their service specials via email to save on my routine services. All in all, I would buy another car from them if I get another Cadillac or Saab.
