I should know better, but being a trusting person, after listening to the praises they got from the Car Counselor Show on radio, I gave them a shot. Let's see, the 100,000 mile service costed me almost $2,400, and they didn't even change the oil. After I found it out and brought the car back, they had the nerves of charging me for it.
I actually gave them a second chance at 120,000 miles (I know, stupid me), and guess what? I don't know what they did, but the gas mileage went down by 50 miles, and the car makes squeaking and squealing sounds like twisted metals. I'm gonna eat this, because I know if I bring it back, they'll screw me over again.
I will report this to the BBB.
Top Shop Award my ass. Yeah, they are topped at screwing people.
