Great service. I go in every 5000 for my oil change and service. I get a courtesy ride to work and they pick me up when my car is finished. The car is washed each time even.

I just purchased a 2014 Honda CR-V with all wheel drive. I worked with JC Caroul. He was very professional, and very nice! I do my research and got an excellent deal from Coggin! They did not have the color I wanted in stock, but had it on the lot in by the next evening.
I have purchased many Hondas, but JC is one of the best salesmen I have dealt with. He took a lot of time to explain all the systems, set it up, and made sure my husband and I were comfortable with all the details of the car.
I take have taken my cars to Coggin repair, and found excellent service there as well. I will continue to do,business with Coggin,,and recommend the dealership to,anyone..

My block cracked on my 2006 Civic. There was a special 10 year warranty that covered the repair on that model. My car had over 217,000 miles and they replaced the short block under warranty and provided a rental. Only took two days for the repair. Very happy with Coggin. Over all, I have never had a problem with their service department. BUT... I would have given them 5 stars if once they hadn't tried to get me to replace my rear brake pads saying they were to thin. I went home and looked at them and they were like brand new (they were only a year old). Other than that, they are good to go.

I would never ever buy a used car again from this company. They absolutely sucks. I purchased a used car from them in August last year and right now it is not doing anything. It had 127,068 miles on it today it has 128,382 and it stopped on me at a red light, Called this company because I had to have it towed only to find out all the original parts were on this car hoses timing belt and all. Called the dealers ship to ask what is done to these used cars before sold I was told a safety inpection. Basically they check the fluids and make sure the car can start stop and steer. The manager I spoke to on the phone told me its not there fault the car had brittle hoses and worn belts its the person who traded it in. Basically placing blame on some one else. I was like well once they traded it in it was your obligation to at least make sure those hose were straight his response if they had did all those things to the car outside of checking the fluids they would not have been able to sell if because they would have had to ask for more money.The hoses cost $20.00 at the most and the timing belt is 49.95. I'm like really. I know good and well you don't pass on the cost of labor. So what it sounds like is you didnt give a damn if the hoses and thing was straight you just had to clean it up enough to get it out your lot again your still trying to say a safety inspection was conducted. Then he insulted me further by saying anything could have happened in 6 months that I had it. How can hoses get brittle in 6 months and the timing belt had missing ridges on it. If i had drove this car home(New Orleans, Louisiana) from Florida rather than having it shipped I would have been stranded. It was only a matter of time before things started crumbling. it had the original timing belt on it from 2004 the year is it was made. It killed on me 2 oclock in the morning as I was headed home from working at a red light and it took roadside assistance 3 hours to locate a truck. I spent $7k on this automobile. The manager I talked to told me I can come trade it in and pay the difference on something else minus the damages. I'm like are you crazy why would I buy another car from you when you didn't give a damn about the first automobile you sold me. This was the worse experience ever it's gonna cost me $4415.20 to repair this car because the timing belt being in the shape it was in bent some of the valves on the engine. If they had been willing to at least try to compensate me by offering to catch the bill or have it picked up and they repair it I mean ANYTHING I wouldn't not have felt like they really didn't give a damn about customer service, but instead they spent 45 minutes or more on the phone with me trying to blame the lady who traded it in to the mechanic who replaced some of the hoses. All of this and they say a safety inpection. Yeah right making sure the fluids are up and makiing sure the car turns off and on and steer is not a safety inspection when you can lift the hood and visibly see brittle hoses. Here is another slap to my face I called 4 times today and kept getting shuffled around soon as i stated my problem. this last guy name Patrick who is also the manager( at least that's what he told me) I had been talking to tells me he tried to call me back but my number was disconnected and yes it was the same phone number I was talking to him on and it was the same number I have been having since 2000. Now how is that I had a temporary disconnection on that phone and my business phone was still working my other cellphone and my house number. This is an outrage and I will definately make sure I log my complaint with the BBB today as well and any other souce that I can share this costly experience with.

If service matters don't buy here!!! Sold us a 2011 Odessey that apparently had a mouse in it. It allegedly chewed the seatbelts and then they charged us over $1000 to repair. They refused to remove other panels to see if rodent was still there hundred more dollars to do it! WORST SERVICE EVER!!!
