Dr. Cindy Bressler, House Call Veterinarian

Despite having never cared for our dog, Asterix, before, Dr. Bressler responded in the early hours of the morning to our call. She was out of town that day, but she forwarded us to another at-home-vet and then followed up with numerous phone calls and great medical advice. She went out of her way to care for our dog when she could have just passed him off and forgotten about him.

Dr. Bressler has been the Vet for my Babies (my 3 Toy Poodles) all of their lives (13 years!!!). She is highly skilled, brilliant, responsible, loving and probably one of the most gentle people I have ever met in my life. My dogs are actually not afraid of her...in fact they love her. My 2 oldest dogs have both had major surgeries and Cindy's insurmountable knowledge along with her tender and caring touch got us all through the very difficult times. She has always been there for me and I am at ease knowing that she is always available to us. I live in both Westhampton Beach and NYC and I sleep well knowing that she practices in both locations and that my babies will be taken care of.

Dr. Bressler has done a wonderful job caring for my cats during her house call visits. She travels with a technician and performs routine care and performs diagnostic tests within my home. When my cat Cody was very ill, Dr. Bressler arranged for a sonogram in my house and coordinated his care with the hospital surgeon. I used to bring my cats in carriers to a vet office and it was always a traumatic experience getting them into the carriers and on the bus or in a cab. Now I have the convenience of a house visit and everyone is happy, me and the kitties. I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Bressler for her compassion, convenience and excellent medical care she has given to my pets. She is the best vet I have encountered in New York!!!

One night at about 1am, i woke up to find my bulldog collapsed on the floor, and panting. I didn't know what was wrong with him , so i immediately called the vets in the Hamptons. They were unreachable. So i came on city search and luckily I found Dr. Bressler. She called me back immediately and explained what could be going on with Meaty.... She was in Manhattan, but said she would come over right away. she intstructed me on what to do until she arrived. I have never met a more compassionate, gentle veterinarian. She was extremely thorough and and very knowledgable. Not only did she take of meaty but she called the next few days to see how we were both doing. I also live in the city so you know i will be using her there as well. i highly recommend her!
