They had no shower caps so luckily I brought my own beings I just spent $275 the day before getting my hair done. The tech gave me a bootie to put on my head which would of never fit. The janitor was mopping the floor so when I walked into the booth the floor was wet, he continued to mop and was in the hall when I walked out of the booth NO PRIVACY. No lotion block was put on my bottom of feet nor were there any booties for which the tech stated they were out of stock both booties and caps. Later that evening my bottoms of my feet were totally dark. For the level of service it would be equivalent to going to Hollywood Tans and just use the stand up spray tan booth for less $. The staff wasn't very friendly their Energy was flat I wouldn't recommend Sunset Tan is nothing like what you see on TV. Save your money

I went in there to get a spray tan, thinking it would be a great experience, considering these guys are on TV. The person who sprayed me had absolutely no personality! I had never had a custom spray before, but she gave me no information about what to expect, ect.... it felt very much like she was doing ME a favor by coming in there. Still, I figured at least my color would be nice, but it was most definately that dreaded orange tint. Since I was in a wedding, that was truly awful, and looks awful, in the pictures. I have had friends who have been spray tanned by one of the mobile services in town who use Fantasy Tan stuff and that was night and day compared to this. Would not go back.

park walk.. walk... walk... take an escalator... walk... then come to a dirty salon in the back of a hair and nail salon.. no wonder they lost their tv show

I went to sunset tan on my stay in Vegas and have been back everytime since. I have had a lot of bad tanning expierences int he past but I needed to be tanned for an event. The staff made me at ease with all thie rknowledge. I ended up doing a custom spray tan and have done one every since. I also tried out an "ultra bronzing" bed which i love!! I highly recommend checking Sunset Tan out. They give you a tour and let you know everything you could possible need to!!!

I must say that the highlight of my stay at The Palms Place was my visit to Sunset Tan, the customer service I received was outstanding. The staff was very professional and fun ( Mikey is great, ask for him! ) and the equipment is top noch, hands down. The salon was very clean, well maintained, and relaxing. He recommended for me to try their version of a cocktail, where you go into a tanning bed first and then get sprayed. I was very if-ey about trying the sunless airbrush tan because like other people ( I had my bad experiences in the past ) but the staff encouraged me to try it so I decided to give it a whirl. The experience was incredible, and the sunless tan was better then I have experienced in the past, and very natural! Lasted about a week and a half and I received many compliments! I will make sure to make this a frequest stop anytime I am in Las Vegas!

Really impressed with the pricing here. Everyone is helpful... and everything is clean! There is lots of parking too so you dont have to walk and walk and walk like some places here in Vegas!!!

This place is beautiful! I cannot believe how clean and spotless it is. The beds are insane. After just three sessions I was where I needed to be. They have all the newest equipment. I was given a tour of the place because I was a "new customer". Now that is service. And who says $29.99 unlimited tanning is expensive. You can't get any cheaper than that. People who complain about parking just upsets me. They have a MASSIVE parking lot right in front. The only thing...you have to take an elevator to the 6th floor. Who cares....people need the exercise now a days. It is very spa like and the employees are friendly. They offer all sorts of services that can get you the tan you want/need. I had to go in cause I had a medical condition and the girl behind the desk was so informative. I do recommend this tanning salon for people who know and appreciate luxury, cheap prices, and tanning. Just remember Ms.Business knows it all. wink wink

Very nice salon! The staff are professional, the beds are top of the line and the airbrushing is my absolute favorite! Very easy to access, (despite the previous review), plenty of parking out front , and valet!, and just an elevator ride up to the sixth floor..the airbrushing is flawless and instant gratification! 5 min and your perfectly tan and bronzed, no orange at all. I've tried alot of sunless tanning and this is the best, I tell all my friends and highly recommend it!
