Recently had to have an oil change and tire rotation on the CRV. It was scheduled and handled professionally and courteously by Jonathan Camacho. I was in and out in less than 90 minutes. I will be a repeat customer for sure.

It started out well enough and then began to go down hill rapidly. Our understanding was that the leather package was to be included in this deal, when it came down to it we had to pay for the option or it wasn't going to happen. This was not my understanding, but at this point this was like the third trip to this dealership which is across town from us, and frankly we were just over it. They requested a refundable deposit to hold the car, as it had to be brought in from Jacksonville, Florida. At this point the deposit has not been refunded, and was not applied to the cost of the car. I wanted to make sure I wasn't mistaken about the deposit, so I reviewed the sales paperwork, under DEPOSIT it clearly states N/A. I guess they must really need the money, since my deposit has disappeared. Also only two out of the four tires have caps on the valve stems, and this is a brand new car from Coggin Honda! If I never see Coggin Honda of Orlando again, it will still be too soon.

I went to Coggin Honda because I knew exactly what I wanted and what I wanted to pay. I was not prepared for the way I was treated or the fact that Coggin sells things to people that does not exist.

The finance person, Sammy, got my paperwork wrong 3 different times. The first time he did not even have my name or address correct. The second time the paperwork had the wrong insurance information. (I was told this was not important and I should just sign the documents and stop reading what was in front of me).

Sammy kept pushing items I did not want to buy. I kept saying no but he would not take that for an answer. I asked for my keys back and he refused to give them to me. I ended up purchasing a service package for an extra $600.00. I was told it would be good for oil changes, new tires, tire rotations and anything I needed to get done on my new car for the next three years. I purchased my car in the beginning of August and I have yet to see any of the coupons or documentation for this extra service. I have called and gone to the dealership twice to get this resolved. I was advised both times that my coupon book is in the mail. I also called Honda corporate who stated that what I purchased was not an authorized Honda item and they had no record of me buying the package.

It is the middle of October and I have nothing to show for the extra $600.00 package I am making payments on.

When I left the dealership with my new car my salesman did not take the time to teach me anything on the car. I had to set up my own Bluetooth and kept bumping my head when I got out because the seat and steering wheel were not adjusted to my settings.

This dealership will sell you things that do not exist like fake service plansand then take your money.

Every time I get in my car I am reminded of the horrible mistake I made by purchasing it at Coggin Honda. Please do not make the same mistake I have.

My husband and I had a wonderful experience purchasing a car from coggin Honda few days back .
We were welcomed the entrance door by a well mannered sales person Romeo Morin who was professional without being pushy . We wanted to trade in our used car for a new one and through careful assessment he was able to get us a deal that fit our needs and budget just perfectly .
We also had the pleasure of meeting Robert the finance manager who was extremely warm and made us feel at home with a few more suitable options.
Overall a great experience . Recomended to anyone who's a fan of Hondas as I am . I certainly know where to update my car every now and then !

Recently my wife and I visited this dealership to have a diagnostic test done on a used Honda Accord we were considering for purchase. Chuck Beck was the service advisor who helped us. He was prompt, friendly and professional. After viewing the findings of the diagnostic test, he was able to give us guidance on what to offer for the car. The dealership ran a carfax on the vehicle and surprisingly did not charge us anything for the diagnostic check. We were pleased with our experience and would hope that if we ever purchase a vehicle from this location we could extend another positive review.

I just don't get it. This service Department used to be so great. Sure they have all that cool stuff while you wait and a nice lobby, but the service stinks. Today we had to return because the new tires we just bough from them were mounted imporperly. I told them to use a different Tech. Then an hour later they said they were have not been able to inflate the tires due to the rain because the machine is outside. For an hour, really...you made us wait while you did nothing...
Oh yea the tires were mounted incorrectly. On the honda and any other vehicle the tires are mounted at a certian angle. Well the angle was incorrect and when you change lanes the rear of the car swings out from behind of you. It is pretty scary. Now try to swrive away from somebody who is cutting you off. It feels like you are going to spin!.
So they said they checked the mount and made sure it was correct. They were not able to road test due to the rain. I would take them on a road test but I think they were too afraid. With the upset of the inflated tires somebody finaly went out into the rain and hooked up a longer hose so they could inflate the tires. For goodness sakes. It is Florida, it rains all the time, why would the machine be outside or not be able to be used in the rain...

Well, i only have to stay at this dealership a few more years then I am out. I have have a bad experience her everytime for the past 1 1/2 years. Why do I keep going back... Loyality. I have been coming here for 14 years. I have seen a lot of people leave lately and maybe it is just time to let go. The Service People that were here with me forever, have moved on in the past 2 years and I guess they were the people that made that place great. I heard a bunch of them went to Toyota accross the street....they can service my car... maybe I sould go find them....

For me Grest service and People I can trust is everything when it comes to my car. Coggin Honda NO Longer has IT....

It is a sad thing :(

Refused to give me a price for the car I wanted over the phone wanted me to drive to the lot. Other dealers would email me the price. When I said I wouldn't come down without seeing their pricing they said I wasn't worth their time.

The most horrible car buying experience anyone could imagine. DO NOT trust them they are thieves and cons.I wish I could submit this review with ZERO stars b.c they don't even deserve one!!!! I was aware before buying a car that most banks will not finance a car with more than 100000 miles. I asked the sales person about this he stated there would be no problem take the car for a test drive we'll run you credit and get you on your way. They told me everything came back good and we can go ahead with the purchase of the car. Great...well not really, 2 weeks later they call me and tell me they cannot find a bank that will fiance a car with that many miles and they need it back. These cons will tell you anything to get a sale., and worst of all they ran my credit so many times it dropped almost 50 pts.

I had a very positive buying experience at Coggin Honda of Orlando. The sales person, Larry Hernandez didn't pull any tricks, and gave me exactly what I asked for, within the price range I needed. I told him ahead of time that I had exactly an hour to complete the sale, and that's how long it took. He was ready ahead of time so that when I got there, all that we needed to do was sign the paperwork. When I arrived, my sales person was outside waiting for me and immediately took me inside to process the paperwork. Once I got to finance, everything was exactly as I was told it would be. No surprises or shocks, and Nick respected my time constraints and didn't try to pressure me into unnecessary add-ons. I received everything I was promised, and found that there are car salesmen out there who are true to their word. When I left the dealership in my new car, I felt good about my purchase and my experience. I couldn't believe it went so well. I would definitely recommend this sales person and this dealership to my friends or family.

I had a great experience at Coggin Honda Orlando. Their sales and service teams were friendly and gave me several options to choose from. Ultimately Coggin was able to agree to a deal that fit my budget and preference. Henry Brown was awesome! He truly cared about my specific needs and wants, and fought to get me the car I wanted at the price I needed. He's honest and straight forward. No sugar coating, and no pressure. I also had the pleasure of working with Gary (the boss) and he was very nice and made me feel like he was looking out for my interests, and not just the dealership's bank account.

I would recommend Coggin Orlando to anyone, and I would especially refer prospective buyers to Henry.

My boyfriend and I went to Coggin Honda Orlando to purchase a vehicle. They showed him the car and he loved it. He filled out all the finance paperwork and purchased insurance for the vehicle because you can??t drive off the lot unless you have insurance. We keep the car for a week and the salesman called and said there was a problem. We went back up to the dealership and they told us that he was not approved for financing. We were fine with this, because he has not been in his residence and job for at least 6 months since he just moved to Orlando. That was all fine. I was a little upset that they let us drive off the lot and keep the car for so long but I got over that. I never made any formal complaints or anything. The problem that I had was with the Finance department. According to my insurance company in order to break the 6 months contract with them we needed proof that he was not given possession of the vehicle. I went to the dealership and the Finance Director Robert Odel wrote me a letter. I gave the letter to my insurance company but they rejected it because it had no date on the letter. My insurance agent tried several times to contact Mr. Odel and he spoke to her at first told her he was going to add a date and fax it back to her. He never did and when she called him back he hung up the phone on her. I drove up there and ask to speak with him. He came out his office and was very friendly to me until we got in his office. Then his whole tone changed and he said he was not writing me another letter and he had a meeting to go to and he did not have time for this. I told him I totally understand that you are busy I am suppose to be at work myself. I asked him again please just write the letter I will get out of your way. He told me no. I took my papers and told him fine I won??t contact you again the next person you will hear from will be my lawyer, he said for me to do whatever I wanted to do. I was just so upset that he was making this such a big deal. It was part of his job. The insurance company is not just going to terminate a contract just by word of mouth they need proof. Anyway I went to the front desk and ask for someone over him. But the receptionist said they were all in the meeting. Mr. Odel came to the desk and once again his tone changed and told me that if I wait till he got out the meeting he would write the letter for me. About 10 minutes later he came out and put the paper on the table and told me to write the letter and he will sign it. I just could not believe that it took so much to get him to write a 2 line letter just stating that he never took possession of the vehicle and the date. This was a one month process. The purchase date was on the 2/21/09 and I fought with them on this until 3/20/09. His attitude was insane. They are all nice to you when you are signing all the papers buying a vehicle from them then after that their customer service skills go down the drain.

Wow!,I just moved to the area and by chance took my Honda to Coggin for Service.I was received with a friendly reception immediately upon arrival (first time in all these years of driving this happened), The adviser 'Andrew' reviewed my maintenance needs and even performed a 40 point inspection and battery test at no-charge. The have a great customer lounge with plenty to eat and drink and are showing full length films while you wait rather than that depressing news stuff most places have. The price was half of what i used to spend at my dealer back home and they didn't try to sell me things i didn't need like most shops do just cause I'm a women. They even showed me how to get coupons on their web site. A totally satisfying experience. I will recommend them to everyone. DP

We had just bought a brand new Civic. After 2 weeks the tire blew out. More than likely a defective tire. This should have been covered due to the fact that the car was only 2 weeks old. Honda Coggins said we had to pay for it, $150.00. This is the most horrible experience I have ever had fromn any dealership, Honda Coggins should be ashamed of themselves. I am never going back to this dealership ever again and would not recommend anyone dealing with these people, from the managers, sales persons to the service dept. Most horrible dealership ever!!!

I have been taking my car to Coggin Honda for the past year. I always pay my bill in full. I went today for an oil change (with my 3 kids) and realized that i had left my wallet at home. I asked them if they could bill me or pull up my prior credit card info. They said no. They wanted to keep my car !!! The bill was only for $36!!! I still can't believe it. They told me that i had to find a way to pay it or they would hold the car until it was paid. I had to call someone and ask them to pay it over the phone for me so that i could go home. I am disgusted beyond belief and will never go there again.

Coggin Honda is one of the most dishonest dealerships I have ever gone to. Not only are the service techs dishonest, the managers are uncaring.
I went to this location for my oil changes. After bringing my car to the dealership, they were unable to take the cap off for an oil change. After advising me to replace my oil pan completely (for over five hundred dollars), they were "kind" enough to offer to pay for half (because I had only brought my car to them for oil changes)! I brought my car to another dealership (Holler Honda) and was charged $10 for a new cap, the regular amount for an oil change, and they re-threaded where the cap goes for free.
The last person who did my oil change at Coggins had stripped the cap! After numerous attempts to reach a manager on the phone and two letters, I stopped trying to reach anyone.
I recommend that you do not go to this dealership unless you have money to waste and like dishonesty.
