The staff were professional and friendly. The facility was clean and orderly. I was given a tour of the bathing, boarding and play areas. The groomer was extremely competent with my long hair chihauhau. We will be back.
I have taken my dog there for over a year. Until recently, i have had no problems. In fact, i have referred several people. On may 23, 2012, my dog was attacked by 2 other dogs resulting in significant injuries requiring staples. It was apparenht that there was not adequate supervison which resulted in a significant attack on my dog. The owner was unprofessional, unapologetic and confrontational. She tried to place blame on my dog even when the kennel techs involved all agreed that my dog was not to blame. There was another instance a couple of months ago as well. I talked to the owner at that time and she agreed that changes needed to be made at the daycare. Unfortunately, I dont think things have changed at all. I will no longer take my dog there. he is still recovering.
I took my dog there over the holiday and was told by the owner PJ that I would have their standard kennel but when I picked up I wanted to see where she stayed and it was in some cat room in a little crate AND WAS CHARGED THE SAME PRICE AS A KENNEL!! I also asked for a groom by PJ which made me a little nervous do to her hands shaking alot, I should have went with my gut feeling my poor baby looked TERRIBLE! DO NOT GO HERE THE OWNER IS A LIAR AND RUDE TO BOOT!!
This is the place for pet lovers to go for high quality pet services. It's very cute and the staff is very friendly. Clean and well maintained facility that offers grooming, boarding and training.
I have boarded my 2 Poms and Standard Poodle in a suite together several times. My boys seemed very happy when I picked them up and even more importantly, were excited and glad to be there when dropped off on the next visit. Also, they will raw feed AND they even washed the dog toys that I had brought for the suite.
The doggy day care seems well supervised. I got a detailed report of how my boys acted.
We live around the corner, but I'd travel for miles to send my pooch to the Bed & Biscuit. My dog had been there only twice and I stood in awe as every employee that walked thru the lobby area greeted him by name. Friendly and loving staff- a great place!
Took Sakhina, my small terrier, there and she absolutely loved it. The prices were not too bad and they even threw in a complimentary cleaning. Overall I was satisfied.

My dane mix Eli goes to Bed and Biscuits at least once a week for day care. I boarded him last week for 7 days. While in Costa Rica, I emailed them to see how Eli was doing...they promptly let me know that he was doing great and sent me a picture!

This place has great people who understand the dog owner mindset.
They have a convenient place inside the loop, great day care programs (at below competition prices) and their staff cares about the pets. This to me is the most important thing - carers who really seem to care and like dogs and what they're doing.
Unless they're fully booked this is the only place I leave my pets at.

I brought my min pin here for boarding and daycare. I really loved the suites they offer for the dogs. I got a great report from the daycare manager as well on how my little guy did. He loves to go for daycare now. I am a very happy with the place, and reccomend it to anyone with a dog or cat!

The staff is exceptionally attentive to the dogs who love staying there as boarders or guests for day care. They get plenty of individualized attention and affection which is good for the dogs. They will help load and unload the dogs as needed and on a rainy day it is the best place for a dog to get lots of exercise.

My dog loves Bed & Biscuits and they love him! We've been coming since they opened and the owner and staff are wonderful. I have a golden retriever who needs lots of exercise during the day and when he comes home from a day at Bed & Biscuits he is "dog" tired! Money well spent!
I found some of the pricing confusing and when I asked about it was given the wrong information. However the problem was eventually resolved.
I'm very picky as to where I take my pet . Ever since I found this place i have no worries what so ever :) As for me I highly recommend the day camp its has done wonders for my pet . I love it !! I love the location not to mention very close to me . The whole staff are very friendly and very helpful. My pet simlpy loves them . So I highly recommend this place to anyone with pets u wont regret it !!!!
this place took such good care of my dog. highly recommend it. the staff is wonderful and very helpful. they help introduce your dog and socialize them to other animals which is important for their well being. they also have massage therapy for them too...which i know sounds odd...but i really think my dog liked it.
all in all, i'd say if you are ever too busy for your pet, they can pick up the slack.
Wether I left my dog during work or on vocation, I have always been please with the services. They really make the dogs feel at home. My dog gets excited once he sees the place in site.
I never have boarded my 2 dogs ever! I took them to bed and biscuits and now I take them there every week for daycare! They LOVE it! The staff there is so amazing to my 2 kids! If your gonna board your baby, then you must board them here. 2 thumbs up!!
