If you want someone who really knows BMWs, runs a beautifully clean shop and is friendly and considerate, bring your car to Chad. He even fixed things I knew were broken but had forgotten to mention (like a broken turn signal). He is efficient and accommodates your schedule.

Honest and upfront. Chad, the owner, is a great guy to deal with. Personable, friendly, and honest. Finding a real Bimmer enthusiast (who knows what he's doing) working on the car is a great find.

Best BMW Service in OC

I was tired of getting ripped off at the dealer and decided to give Solely BMW a try. The owner and chief mechanic, Chad, is a really nice, friendly and honest guy. He is extremely knowledgeable about BMWs. My entire experience there was great from the initial consult to getting my car back. It really eases my mind to have found someone that I can trust to fix my car. I feel like I have a friend "in the business".

Solid service, good pricing, quick turnarond

How often now days do you hear this headline? It almost sound cliche. Chad is an Intelligent, competent mechanic, and expert on BMW. His pricing is a fraction of dealer pricing for labor and parts. Easy location to come and go. Resonable, quick turnaround. So glad I discovered him for my recent purchase. Hope many in south county discover him. He deserves to succeed big time!

I went to Solely Bimmer today for several problems with my car, all of which were dealt with quickly and competently. Chad is friendly and very knowledgeable about BMWs. I definitely will return when I need additional service.
Pros: Lots of handy parking. Building is new and clean. Close to my house in Laguna Niguel.

Excellent BMW Car Service

My Car is a BMW Z3 M Coupe about 1 in a 1/2 years ago I found Chad Weltzien and have used Chad as my
main Technician to service my BMW. Chad has extensive training from being at BMW for years I would recommend Solely BMW to any one who really wants to get the kind of hands on service and straight talk.
When i ask a question you get a full explanation of why we need to do this procedure or not.
Also Solely BMW has very competitive pricing and fast service much faster and better pricing than a dealer.

I've known Chad and the guys for a LONG time... real good people with family values who love BMWs and know what they are doing. The shop is open and clean. Simple, straight-forward service. I would recommend them to friends and family without hesitation.

Top notch service - definately a mechanic you can trust with your BMW

Finding a mechanic can be a little like trying to find a new doctor. How do you know if they're any good? How do you know if they're trustworthy and really watching out for your best needs instead of their own? How do you get to the point where you trust them enough to simply accept their recommendations w/o having to question every little detail? I know that once I find somebody like that in any service industry, I hold onto them like gold and make sure all my friends know about him/her so they can avoid the same hassles and headaches I've experienced.
I've been following Chad around for the past 4 years as he's moved to different shops because he's earned my trust. There's no "hard sell" for extra services as with many other shops. If my car needs something right away, he will always take the time to point out the downside to putting it off for a few months-and he's been right everytime so far. When I heard that he'd opened his own shop (at last!) I knew that he'd finally be able to do things his way-top notch service at a very fair price.
I really like the idea of the "Saturday Consult" that he came up with and will be dropping by this weekend to have him really spend some time with me and map out a strategy for both maintenence and improvements to my car.
Pros: Too many to list-quality of work, attention to detail, friendly and open, etc. etc
Cons: He didn't have an HDTV set up in his waiting room

Best place to take your BMW!!

I found out about Solely BMW while searching reviews for BMW repairs. I was fed up with the high cost of bringing my car into the dealer. Several years ago the sunroof of my BMW 528 stoped working. The dealer said it would cost approximately $2500 to fix. I decided not to fix it. When I found Chad and he did such a wonderful job on the scheduled service I asked him about the sunroof. Much to my surprise he was able to fix the roof, do all of the scheduled servicing and replace numerous hoses and the entire cost was under $1500! I would never think of going to the dealer again.
