Beyond excellent service! I made and appointment with Abdullah Abulhasan and he arrived on time (4:30PM). He repaired, clean and updated the security on my computer and wireless system. This turned of to be a 12 hour job. That''s right, he left my house at 4:30 AM the next morning!! In other words, he made sure the job was completed. The man knows his stuff and I wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone who is looking for expert, reliable service.

I definitely recommend Computer Medics. Abdullah was completely professional as far as returning my call, establishing an appointment, coming on time, understanding the problems to be solved and explaining patiently and thoroughly. He was beyond professional in dedicating himself to untangling problems that did not yield to immediate solutions. He stayed until everything was resolved. I face my computer with a more peaceful mind, knowing now that there is someone I can rely on if other problems arise.

Abdullah Abulhasan owner of Computer Medics of Edison has the patience of a saint! He repaired 3 of our computers, with total diligence and the fortitude to do the job and do it right. He spent MANY hours working on our systems, returning twice honoring his pledge of having satisfied customers. We are extremely satisfied with how our systems are currently running, his flexibility with meeting us at our convenience, and the reasonable fee he charged. Without hesitation we recommend him for servicing your computer needs.

I usually do not write reviews (good or bad) however this time I felt it was warranted. I am very impressed with the service I received from Abdullah and Computer Medics. This is the second time, in the past year, that he has helped me with problems I have had with my desktop. Most recently he helped locate and clean a virus, which could have seriously compromised the security of my computer. Both times in which he made house calls, he was prompt, thorough, professional, reasonably priced and effective. He could have easily talked over my head, but on the contrary he made it an easy conversation to have. He explained why and what he was doing every step of the process, in a way even a novice like myself could understand. As far as customer service and overall satisfaction, Abdullah ranks at the top.

Abdullah came over only a couple hours after we called him, and put a great deal of time and effort into getting the malware off of our computer. He went above and beyond what most people would have done, and he taught us a lot about our computer and how to protect ourselves. We were extremely impressed with his integrity, his knowledge, and his hard work. We would highly recommend him for whatever computer help you may need.

I called Computer Medics of Edison, NJ because my computer was jacked up. I spoke to Abdullah and explained what my computer was doing and made an appointment for the next day, I lucked out. He was very reliable, patient and totally knowledgeable with what the problem was and was very informative. He also made recommendations as to what I would need at a later time because I expressed interest in a laptop for the next purchase computer wise. He was so patient with me and my computer and it's problem. He even took a hard drive of mine that had crashed a year and a half ago and was able to extract files that were important to me and got the files back to me promptly. I would never use and never recommend any other person to come out and fix your computer. I wouldn't even waste my time with the big one, The G**k S***d, they're a waste of time and of money, believe me I fell down that hole before. Computer Medics of Edison is very affordable and seem to be more into that quality over quantity frame of mind and I will call again on Abdullah to guide me in my laptop purchase when it's time and to also make sure that my house will be routed and working correctly because I trust him.

I was at my wits end when I contacted Computer Medics of Edison NJ. My computer, which I rely on heavily, was not working and I didn't have the fainest idea what was wrong. The owner, Abdullah Abulhasan made an appointment with me for the same day that I called and was very prompt and considerate about keeping our Appointment. I found Mr. Abulhasan both knowledgeable and informative in dealing with my problem, which he solved. He spent a great deal of time making sure my computer would be up and running, and, that it was updated and free from unwanted info. My experience with Computer Medics of Edison was one of the best in home repair jobs I have ever had. I want to thank Mr. Abulhasan for resolving my problem and leaving me with a computer that is now in better shape then it was before he arrived. Good job and thank you. James Geritano

I've found this person to be very sharp and in tune to the computer industry.My laptop and desktop had problems that were beyond my scope of understanding. After solving my equipments problems,he broke it down into layman terms.I,d recommend him in a heartbeat,to anyone w/ laptop&desktop problems.
