Alpine Specialty Cleaning

The complete experience from the phone call to scheduling an appointment to completion of the service was a delightful experience. Not what one would expect from having one's carpets cleaned! Having a cheerful, extremely knowledgeable, competent, and patient person in our home, let alone one who was performing a service, on a Sunday at that (!) was a real treat. We learned much from Robi and he did an excellent job getting our carpets looking new again. We have 3 cats and a large dog and the carpet showed it! Robi used a special enzyme to make sure that the pet odors were eliminated - and he asked first if we wanted this rather than not doing it at all or using the product w/o asking first. We will definitely use Alpine again and request Robi. We also hope to try your home cleaning services as well at some time.

I recently had them out. They upset me so much, this is the first review I"ve written for a company. First off they were an hour late. All I wanted was 3 rooms clean and the guy kept trying to sell me stuff and kept pushing some scotchguard protector stuff on me, like a used car salesman. When I wouldn't buy more he got to work and was in & out in about 1/2 hour. He didnt really get the stains out and the traffic areas were still dark. Plus it took almost 3 days for the carpet to dry. I called and complained, they told me the owner would call me back. Its been almost 2 weeks and still haven't heard back, not that it matter I dont want them back. He also dumped his dirty water from his machine in my yard....Not happy about that.....

I?ve used Alpine twice. The first year they did a great job on my furniture but the carpeting ? not so much. In spite of my warnings about wet carpets ? it took three full days to dry. This year they did a spectacular job on pleated shades (made them look new) but the carpeting ? even less than the first time. It was dirty and wet. I wrote a negative review.
For nearly a week I got phone calls from the tech about the work. Finally I agreed to have him come by and fix the problem. The carpet wasn?t much cleaner but it dried in a few hours. Then I got a call from the owner asking me to fix the negative review.
So here?s the deal, I had a bad experience once with the carpet cleaning. The furniture cleaning and the pleated shades were fabulous.
If you are sensitive to chemicals, if you have asthma, lung disease or allergies, this is the only place in town. If there is a problem, they will call until you tell them you?re satisfied.

I?d call them again.

Why are carpet cleaners always late? Your house is a total mess from moving everything, you have kids so you have to cook dinner, and things are jammed up all over the kitchen. Then they leave a message: Oh, by the way we will be about 1 hour and 30 minutes late! All happy sounding...I'm not happy...I want to put my stuff back before it's bedtime...

It's always a great pleasure and a relief to find a new service business that does a flawless job. They responded quickly to my request for a quote, happily answered my questions, were able to schedule an appointment quickly, and the person who did the job was friendly, courteous, efficient, and went beyond the call of duty. Highly recommended for carpet steam-cleaning in the Seattle area.

We were pleasantly surprised at what an excellent job they did and at a very reasonable price. The technician Robi was friendly, knowledgeable and did an absolutely thorough job. Highly recommended.

I am very pleased with the carpet, tile & grout cleaning that was done for me on 4/15/08 Alpine was on time and very efficient. I would highly recommend their services.

Brent cleaned for me last week and did a great job. I have had many other cleaners in the past and no one has even come close to the quality of Alpine. Using non toxic cleaning products is also a HUGE plus for me. I would highly recommend Alpine Specialty Cleaning!

I had Alpine Specialty Cleaning clean my carpet and sofa July 3 and I was so extremely happy with the way things turned out. The tech was ON TIME, very professional and explained the entire process ahead of time. I also chose Alpine because of the fact they use all GREEN cleaning products. I will always use Alpine Specialty Cleaning.
