Overall, zero stars out of 5. Due to Julia Bennett failing in her job duties my auto insurance was canceled without my knowledge. After attempting to change my address with Julia at least 4 times she still sent my bill and cancellation notice to the wrong address. So my laps in insurance will cost me $250 to the state, plus the waisted renters insurance that I paid for an apartment that I was no longer living in.
This cost is minimal compared to the lost time and energy expended trying to solve this problem. The fact that this happened shows that Julia Bennett does not care about her customers and if they are actually covered. Luckily nothing major happened during my lapse, like an accident. I don't even want to think about what could of happened or how much it would have cost me if I did get in a wreck. I am just writing this as a warning to others not to use Julia Bennett as your agent.
