The modern, trendy logo seemed slightly at odds with intimate, close-packed interior, so I was curious to try the food. Quality of pizza base is always a good barometer for this type of venue, and the garlic pizza bread I demolished with my gnocchi was excellent; soft, doughy base, chewy but not soggy. My tomato and mozarella gnocchi was also a success; not the heaviest gnocchi on the planet, but creamy and flavoursome, rich but not overpowering. Accompanied by a mixed salad (crisp leaves, perhaps needed a firmer shake to dry them out though - and perhaps some oil options) - I enjoyed my meal from start to finish.
