I got very lucky by picking a service based on the name! Chris Moore not only repaired my ailing computer at a reasonable price, but he made it a pleasant experience! He was very responsive and kept me informed regularly of his progress. What is more, I am confident that I can count on him for the support and advice which this "technophobe" will need from a patient professional who can explain what is going on in layman's terms.
