I would definitely recommend Chris to anyone who needs help with their computer! He responded quickly to all of my e-mails and answered all of my questions. The repair time was short and and the cost was low - much less than what a major chain was going to charge me.

Chris was super helpful and fixed a bear of the problem in a short turn around. He provided great communication in the problem and solution. He runs a great operation for a reasonable cost. I would def. use him in the future if needed.

I never write reviews, but I found Chris on Craigslist and could not have asked for anything better. Prompt, courteous and took care of my problem immediately, like it was his own computer. If you have an issue with your computer, want a great price and quick turnaround time, this is the guy!

Chris just finished fixing my son's computer which had so much spy-ware and other "stuff" on it that it wouldn't even start up. Chris brought it back to life better than before and even educated my son on how to prevent the problems in the future. Couldn't ask for better help! I wholeheartedly recommend Chris to anyone who needs work done on their PC. He does great work and his rates are more than fair. Exceeded my expectations all around.

After downloading a new operating system, I found, to my dismay, that my wireless adapter "disappeared". E-mails sent to other computer repair shops were met with "bring it in and we'll look at it". Chris took the time, through e-mails, to guide me to solve the problem. What a nice guy! If my computer ever encounters a problem, I'll certainly bring it in to Chris.

I had a failed keyboard on my laptop, and Chris first tried to help me fix it myself -- and wouldn't take any money! I tried to do the repair, but was unable, and Chris did the job overnight and for the promised price.

Bring him your problems -- he really does want to help.

My computer needed the virus and spyware cleaned out more thoroughly than Norton was capable of and Chris quoted me a VERY reasonable price with very good turnaround time. The computer was ready on time and all my virus problems had been solved. After I got home I had a couple of questions which, he answered thoroughly and happily. I'm glad I didn't go the the "nerd"squad because they wanted twice the money and would have taken twice as long and that makes it a great deal. Next time I need help with my computer I will eagerly call Chris.

When I needed help with technical aspects of creating a working website, HELP IT CRASHED AGAIN proved to be a godsend. The assistance Chris Moore gave my was first-rate for many reasons.

First, the help was right there when I needed it. Not only did Chris respond to me right away, his help and communication throughout the process was timely. My website was up and running in almost no time at all.

Help It Crashed Again made everything painless. Chris installed applications for me and then taught me how to use them. I have learned so much, that I can now proceed on my own.

Once the work was done, Chris followed up with me to make sure everything was working properly and gave some suggestions for future considerations to improve my website as my business grows.

I looked at many computer repair sites/businesses before choosing Help It Crashed Again/Chris Moore to fix my PC. I relied on the reviews that I read in the Insider Pages and wasn't let down in any way. I called him on a Mon afternoon and was picking up my repaired PC by Tues afternoon. He gave me a reasonable price and I know that if I have any questions or concerns, I can always call and get his opinions. It's a relief to know you have a computer guru to count on who has integrity and will charge what is very reasonable.

I met Chris through the Microsoft Online Business Community and was impressed with his selfless sharing of time and knowledge.

I contacted him and before we even spoke for the first time he had provided a compeley objective and in depth overview of our site. He even gave specific tips and code to help us make difficult changes. This kind of generosity and passion is needed in the small business community.

We all hope that we will never need assistance with our computers but sometimes the worst happens. If it does, I recommend that you call Chris Moore at Help It Crashed Again if you live in Northern Virginia. He responded to my call for help within 24 hours, came to my house to work on my ailing computer, tried very hard to avoid losing any of my data, and solved the problem with no data loss. Few corporate computer technicians do as well and his prices are very reasonable.

I got very lucky by picking a service based on the name! Chris Moore not only repaired my ailing computer at a reasonable price, but he made it a pleasant experience! He was very responsive and kept me informed regularly of his progress. What is more, I am confident that I can count on him for the support and advice which this "technophobe" will need from a patient professional who can explain what is going on in layman's terms. I am so glad I found Chris Moore! He knows everything about computers and has more patience than God! He has helped me tremendously with choosing a new computer, setting up my new computer and answering all my silly questions when the computer appears to be disobeying my commands! The service is fantastic. After clicking on that item you are not supposed to click on, my computer crashed with multiple viruses eating several of my programs. After dropping off my computer it was repaired within a day! It can't get any better.

Chris supported and provided my IT requirements during my 2 plus years working with him. During that time Chris handled all of the issues that arise when dealing with remote access, VPN, hardware and software issues, as well as providing advise for equipment requirements. He is a wealth of knowledge and experience in his field and while we no longer work together, he continues to offer his help to me as time allows

We highly recommend this service. Hes responsible and always exact. We never want to miss his service!
He really knows what hes doing and is really dependable and tried always to do what is only really necessary. The price for the service does match very exactly and accurate with the output!
