5 Stars: Radiance Of Life Mini Day Spa is Pampering at an amazing price! (by Tiffany J.)

This spa is great! Lu, the owner is not only amazingly sweet, but she's organized, and a great masseuse as well! You would never believe the pressure that such a small woman could exert. She is very sensitive to how you are feeling and checks in periodically to see if you need more pressure, less pressure, if you're comfortable, etc. If you want to chat, she is fun to chat with. If you want to relax and take a nap, you can do that too. The rooms are nice, with low lights, pretty roses and candles also. Everything was perfectly clean, and for me that allowed me to lay back and relax. Lu even tailored the massage to my specific problem areas. Even if she charged twice as much I would continue to go back to her - I highly recommend the Radiance of Life Mini Day Spa.

5 Stars: Best Kept Secret in LA (by RubyH)

First off, let me tell you that I?ve been in 2 car accidents have lots of scar tissue and have been in chronic pain and soreness for some time. I?ve been to a myriad of massage therapists, including acupuncturists, chiropractors and rolfers.

I was referred to ?Radiance of Life? and have been back three times since. I think ?Radiance of Life? is the best-kept secret of LA. Lu gives the best deep tissue massage I have EVER had and I have experienced many! Lu is a wonder and a joy and her place is adorable, relaxing and inviting. She has surpassed everyone?s attempts at trying to get my muscles to relax and get my shoulders to go down. She knows exactly where and how to touch and the pressure she is capable of exerting is SUPER-HUMAN. Employing a variety of techniques according to what you need during the course of the hour, she does not stop until all of the kinks are worked out. As a result, the effects of her massage last for almost 2 weeks. Almost unheard of for someone in my condition!! I sleep better, I am more relaxed and at ease and I feel like exercising again. When she is finished with me, I forget I have a neck it is so relaxed. With each visit the success has been palpable, the chiropractor has also noticed and I can put my shoulders down again! As a diehard devotee of her massages, I will undoubtedly continue to drive all the way from the Valley to Larchmont. It is well worth it!

4 Stars: Very worth the money (by jt2425)

I must say I was very pleased today when I experienced this place. I have been reading online reviews of several places and when I cam e across this tiny larchmont spa with all good reviews I thought that there must be a catch. I made a phone call and they were extremely nice, gave me a first time discount and were very honest about all of there different options. Aside from not being the quietest spa i have been too I had to understand that for 44 dollars in wont be perfect. It was one of the better massage I have had in a long time. The ladies were very nice, a little flirty but definitely worth the 44 dollars I spent... I will definitely go back.

5 Stars: Great place for massage. (by wubbzymom)

This little mini day spa is a wonderful place for massage. I had terrible back pain for about 2 months and nothing could help. I turned to massage therapy. I went to Radiance Of Life for help and after 1 1/2 hour massage, I felt like a different person. After a few more sessions my pain was gone!!!!! That was the most amazing thing for me after 2 months of pain.
The owner, Luriya, is always wonderful with her warm welcome, accomodating, and friendliness. The price is very affordable. Radiance Of Life locates in Larchmont Village which has variety of stores, coffee shops, and resturants. I highly recommend this place for anyone who has back pain. Try once and you'll be back for more.

5 Stars: I LOVE this place! (by Leah226)

I have gone to this spa three times now and am recommending it to everyone I know. The owner is so nice and cordial and really cares about each customer's experience. The price is amazing and the massage is better than one I have paid three times as much for.

5 Stars: The mini day spa having the greatest quality. (by Benny21)

As an athlete, I get my share of injuries. The bulk of it is due from free weights where I get stiffness of the joints and muscle strains. Stretching has been helping a lot however sometimes it doesn't work all the time. A friend of mine who's also a fellow athlete suggested a cool little day spa that wasn't too far from my area. He told me that when he went there they had a wide range of massages. The owner was extremely nice and suggested which one to get for his injury at the time.

When I had gone there for the first time everything my friend said was true and then some. The day spa is in a place called Larchmont Village where they have a variety of different stores, good coffee shops, and fine restaurants. I entered Radiance of Life and was warmly greeted by luriya the spa's owner. We chit-chatted about how she came to own the place, the overall area, and what shops and restaurants are great to visit in Larchmont Village. She showed me a list of what the place offered and everything looked great. Though I'm not into facials, manicures, pedicures, etc; a customer told me about them just as she was finished getting a pedicure. She explained to me how great this place was and how professional the work was. The customer explains that if I have any sisters or girlfriends, to send them here in case they are in the mood for a beauty hookup.

I was concentrated on the massages. The Thai massage was suggested because it helps with flexibility of the joints. At that time, my lower back went out on me so I found it convenient. After the massage, the pain was gone. I was not walking like the Hunchback of Notre dame any more. On top of the professional work are the reasonable prices. In my opinion you can't get qreat quality like that at such prices. I feel like I lucked out on this. Larchmont Village is indeed a great place. After a great massage I sit down to a nice meal at the restaurants and a great cup of coffee at the coffeeshops.

5 Stars: Great massage, great price, really clean, friendly, gracious service (by penh70)

My boyfriend and I love going here to get fantastic hour-long massages at incredibly reasonable prices. Radiance of life is a cozy and clean place situated in the charming Larchmont area and Luriya, the owner, is always gracious and accommodating when it comes to appointments etc. So, anyone looking for great massages, especially deep tissue work, and facials should give this place a try (I'm sure you'll want to come back). We give it 2 big thumbs up.
