Mike is an excellent personal trainer. His focus on whole-body health rather than simply muscle exercises is exactly what I needed. He provides guidance on diet, supplements, and regimen in addition to building muscle through core exercises and a variety of unique workouts.

In one month I lost 6lbs and went from 21% BF to 17%. Amazing!

Mike is an amazingly talented trainer and is nothing like most of the muscle-heads that give the fitness industry a bad name. He's knowledgeable, patient and an excellent teacher. I've worked out with Mike for over a year and couldn't imagine getting as far as I have without him. I highly recommend him!
