This is my 3rd vehicle that I've trusted SpeeDee to work on. These guys are fantastic and will never push you to buy something you don't need. They are great at suggesting what you may want to think about and can help you prioritize those as well.

The staff is so great to work with. I just had the oil changed and got a belt replaced on my jeep wrangler. I worked with Lee Forte and he was the utmost professional.

special note to all my fellow single ladies out there: it is so hard sometimes to find a good place that won't rip you off just because we're girls. Again, this is my 3rd vehicle with them and I have never, ever had any issues with the staff, quality of work, or prices. (Ok, we all want lower prices...ha ha).

Give them a chance, you will not be disappointed.

These guys are great. I've worked with Lee a few times and he always been very helpful. They do a great jobs offer coupons if they have any available. No pressure sales tactics which is nice. Would highly recommend to anyone.

I agree with Anne. The manager's name is Armundo and he is extremely rude. He definitely needs to be dealt with. The owner really needs to get serious about Armundo's arrogant behavior. I suppose Armundo expects people to tolerate his behavior then sit back and be silent about it.

Under Armundo's supervision, Speedee managed to put the wrong oil filter on my car which resulted in my motor being blown up 3 days after the oil change. That's right, my motor blew up. Did Armundo apologize? No. Not once.

These guys also oversell and overcharge women.

First time customer. I found out about this place on-line and decided to check it out. Professional staff. Clean facilities. I was in and out in no time at all. I love the windows so I can see what is going on. Very thorough ....I highly recommend!!!!

I have been a regular customer at SpeeDee in Raleigh, NC for many years now. I swear there is nothing these guys can't handle. From oil changes to the brakes on my car and even replacing a broken window regulator, they truly take care of my every automotive need. Most recently, they have added a lot of higher end products and services to their roster, including a full line of AMSOIL products which I highly recommend to anybody who cares about their vehicle. Next, SpeeDee is probably the cleanest most organized shop in Raleigh. The service advisers are very informative and seem to really care about the customers needs. Anyway, what more can I say? I think they are the best of the best when it comes to my vehicles and I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Wow, this place is wonderful. I had a check engine light come on in my 2001 Mazda 626. Just to educate myself I look at owner's manual knowing I have to take it to a mechanic. I notice I need new spark plugs and fuel filter changed. Speedee used my parts with no complaint, did a diagnostic check, all for only $115. Other places charge $85 JUST for diagnostic check before any repairs are even STARTED. This place diagnostic/changed spark plugs/changed fuel filter/FIXED the trouble code all for $115. They offered friendly advice about future concern, and thanked me for my business. What a trustful place to do business, THANKS to Darnell and Armando!!!!

I have been bringing my car to SpeeDee for a couple of years now and they always have good service. They have a very knowledgeable staff and an excellent mechanic who has done a lot of work on my cars and friends. There is an African American man who works under the cars handling the filters and draining and such, who is by far the best person there besides the mechanic. Everyone asks him for help if they need that I have seen. He knows filters by heart and is very very fast. I have heard his co-workers ask hm what filter a car is and he just calls it out. Now that is a dedicated worker! They also have a pretty new staff, the black man and the mechanic are the only ones that have been there for a while I think. The new ones a very good and they caught on quick. There is a man with a country accent and a red head that always check and reccomend things like they should be doing. I have watched them before and they always make sure that the things are done right and everything is done. Nobody there reccomends things that don't need it. The only problem I have had with them is a man there who is always in regular clothes and not the SpeeDee attire, not sure who he is, has a bad mouth. These guys always do a good job and they get it done fast! I've never had any problems. I get my oil changed and maintenence on all of my vehicles here. They follow through on time frames and always give options when service is needed rather than trying to get you to spend every last dollar you have.

I normaly do not write reviews. If the service stinks I never go back. These guys did such a great job I felt it was the least I could do.

I had a rattle on my 06 Chevy Tahoe. I have taken it to the dealer three times only to be told they don't hear it. Well the staff at speedee found it!!!!!!!!! While changing the oil they notice a screw driver left in the engine bay by the "DEALER". They found it with out trying. These guys are very honest and professional. They had me in and out before I even found a magizine to read.

Nice facilities. Brand-new flat screen...... NICE..... You can tell these guys know what they are doing. Everything looked new.

Don't waste your time with anyone else.

10 stars in my book!!!!

I was greeted right away. Before I could even sit down they were already done. They checked my entire car out for free. These guys are great. They never try to upsell me on stuff. They only tell me if I really need it. Very honest. Nice lobby. Professional staff.

Try and see for for yourself. I will never use anyone else. Not even on my mercedes!!

Dealers and other "quick lubes" cannot compare.

I was in a rush and decided to try Speedee Oil out since it was on my way to work. WOW!!!!
I was in and out in less than 15 minutes. The staff was very professional!!! They even adjusted a spark plug for FREE? This is nobody in town that would do that.
Professional, honest, very fast service?????The best in town. I highly recommend!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! WOW. The service was great.

it was a 10 out of 10 experience i could not believe how nice the people were and how they treated me and my car it just makes you feel like family when you visit these guys you could never ask for a better line of individuals in an oil change shop their oil change techs are very friendly and their mechanic Armando is an expert when it comes to that line of work and you could not ask for a better group of people. On the other hand they give a fast and friendly service and when there is a problem they can explain to me what is wrong or what i need to do to fix or correct my problem with me vehicles the best way possible. I would always come back and tell all of my friends,family, and co-workers to come here because these guys will take care of you and they know what is going on.

I got my oil changed at Speedee and it was a wonderful experience. It took less than 30 minutes, they were friendly and professional. The offered me some sugggestions for better gas mileage, that have proved to be helpful. Mostly importantly, my car drives great and they protected my seat and floor during the service. Thanks for for offering excellent service.

AWSOME PLACE IT REALLY IS SPEEDEE WHEN U COME IN GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE THEY DID THEIR REVIEW AND THEY SHOWED ME WHAT WAS WRONG WITH MY CAR AND THERE IS NO SALE PRESSER AND THEY EVEN HAVE AMS OIL ONE OF THE HIGH IN SYNTHETICS AND THEY DID A FULL SERVICE FOR REAL CHEAPER THEN ANYWHERE ELSE AND SPECIALLY WITH INSPECTIONS THEY RARELY HAVE A WAIT AND IF YOU NEED IT THEY WILL TELL U

I did not know that Speedee is a complete repair shop until a friend told me about the good work they do. I thought I needed a wheel bearing replaced, so I asked them to do it. It turned out that I did not need the new bearing after all, just an adjustment. They didn?t charge me anything. I will always take my car there because finding a mechanic you can trust is priceless!!

The people at Speedee really are a joy to do business with. I used to go to the dealership to get everything done, including oil changes. I ended up going to Speedee due to the long waits and high costs at the dealership. It's a wonderful alternative. I highly recommend this place to everyone.

The service here was surprisingly fast. I've been to several "quick oil change" places and waited forever. The guys here waisted no time, had my car done before i knew it. I also had an oil leak that another place was not able to pinpoint and wanted to charge me hundreds of dollars to fix. The mechanic here was able to identify the issue and fix it for a fraction of the cost. I will highly recommend this place to everyone. I've lived in Raleigh for several years and I finally found a neighborhood shop that I trust. Your obviously searching the internet for the best place to get an oil change or you car worked on...look no further, you've found it. Go to Speedee!!!

I am an independent auto dealer who uses SpeeDee Oil Change & Tune Up religiously. Why, because I can trust the staff will satisfy my needs, the first time, every time. For me, time is money and I cannot afford to waist it. Not only are they fast and affordable, but the staff is extremely experienced, which can be rare at a "quick lube" shop. Most of the staff have been there for years and are quite knowledgeable on all the makes and models that I bring them. Furthermore, they handle much more than my oil changes and inspections. They have 3 bays dedicated to higher end mechanical repairs and the manager Armondo has over 30 years experience as a Master Mechanic. SpeeDee Oil is truly a one stop shop. When I sell a car, I want my customers to be able to get on the road with confidence, and that's why I go to SpeeDee!

I own a 2006 Scion xB and have been looking for someplace to take it other than the dealer. The dealers always turn simple oil changes into something that takes the entire day. Honestly, who really has the time for that any more? I took my car to Speedee and it only took a little over half an hour for a tire rotation and oil change. This is perfect for anyone who has a very hectic schedule and isn't able to wait all day for a simple oil change. No booking in advance either, I was able to pull right up and they got me right in. Some of the best service i've ever seen from ANY store, hands down. I would strongly recommend anyone who is looking for quick, reasonably priced service.

Speedee Oil is the only place we will take our car! This is my first review of an area business and Speedee has earned a glowing review from us! Because we have a large family, we look for somplace that is fast, so the kids aren't screaming and fighting while we wait, someplace that is economical and isn't going to break the bank, and someplace that has friendly staff and excellent customer service - and Speedee Oil meets and exceeds all of these!! We recommend them to our friends because we have been so satisfied with our experiences there, and it's not often we are able to do that.

Own an old car, taken it to many different servicing locations before. Anytime I take my car in for something simple, mechanics always push me to get a dozen other repairs done. Speedee gave me much better, quicker service than anywhere else! Everyone was very friendly and honest, which is hard to find! I absolutely recommend Speedee to everyone for all of your auto servicing needs!

Fast and friendly, not a bad combination. I didn't call ahead, but when I pulled in they had my car in a bay for the oil change in less than 5 minutes. And I was out in less than half an hour. Not at all like other places I've been where you waste half the day waiting. Clean, convenient location, and everyone had a smile. Very professional knowlegable staff. No question where I'll go when my car is ready for the next oil change.

Being a single female, I was having a difficult time finding a trustworthy place to take my car for any type of work. A friend recommended Speedee and that's where I'll take my business from now on. I have been looking for a place to take my 2004 Mazda RX-8 to get basic oil changes and tire rotations done, and the dealerships and most other places make me book a date that is up to weeks in advance. At SpeedDee I took my car there and the same day within 30 minutes got my oil changed and my tire rotated. I was amazed at the quick same day service and the professionalism of the entire staff. I strongly recommend you take your car there, especially if your busy and don't have much time during your days.

I own a 2001 Lotus esprit and a 2003 Porsche boxster. Every time I take them to the dealer I have to wait all-day only to find out that ?simple oil change? turned into a $500 service. I am in and out!!! The staff at Speedee Oil are very professional and knowledgeable?

Prices are extremely competitive and the facilities compare to a large dealership. I Highly recommend.
