dat lady is just being a ritch snobby b*tch and if you read what the company wrote back to her about dat little incident den u would agree dat she is being a stuck up snob. I rented from these people and they were so kind, generous, warm hearted and the person who picks up the phone is so well mattered and nice and I could really say that if you rent from these people you will not b sorry and will surely use them again like i did (:

This is the absolute worst party rental company I have ever dealt with! I am a party planner and have alot of experience with many different companies...trust me when I tell u to stay away from this one. They are completely uncooperative and unreliable..I will be reporting them to the BBB.

*** This company charged my credit card without authorization..they are rude and extremely nit-picky...they formed a HUGE deal over a single chair it was ridiculous! But on top of everything else, i had no problem paying for the chair that was "un-usable" but when I told them that I wanted that chair back, they told me no because they were going to fix it AND charge me the money to replace it....
