O'Asian Kitchen

The food is OK, not great. The staff, decor and location are all wonderful. We especially like the bartender. We can sit for several hours, enjoy a cocktail, and be attended to like royalty.

O'Asian is an Asian fusion type restaurant that pushes their specialty, Dim Sum. At night this restaurant doubles as a night club. More on that later...The food never WOW-ed me, the service was HORRIBLE, and my friend broke out in hives due to the added MSG to their food. The reason I gave this restaurant two stars is because of the excellent interior design. I'm pretty stupid when it comes to matching colors and all that but I thought it looked pretty nice.As for the night club.... all I have to say is... OHHHH Asian. I'm Filipino myself, and I've never felt so weirded out to see so many Asian people playing out our damn stereotypes. I'd rather not get into too much detail because I'd feel rather guilty. Anyways, there were only 3 bartenders working a 100 foot long bar... I never got a drink order in... I didn't really feel like waiting 30 mins + for a damn martini... Nobody was really dancing except for the obvious club heads and ravers. Not enough seats as the owners decided to sell all of them as "VIP." Speaking of VIP... if you do get on to the VIP list at O'Asian, be sure to bring cash as VIP doesn't mean $hit.
