I was very pleased with this eye doctor I've been going to him since I was very little and he treats me with kindness and respect I am very happy with my new glasses and I'm very happy with the visit I had with him he is the best eye

I am most displeased with my experience at Broadway Vision Center. I chose this business because the location is convenient for where I live- the optometrist was certainly nice, and my experience with him has been satisfactory, but my experience with the office on the whole has been disappointing.
There have been multiple times when I was told I would be called the next day, but haven't received call backs- action is only taken when I make multiple phone calls. Despite the fact that I have paid for my contact lenses, only half of the order came in, and my repeated attempts to get someone in the office to place the rest of the order have been unsuccessful- even after talking with the optometrist personally. It's been 2 months since my appointment, and I STILL don't have the rest of my contacts.

Calling is frustrating- I can count on being told to call back at a later time, being put on hold for 20 minutes, or being told they will call me...then not hearing back at all.

Every time I go in to the office, I am initially ignored by the staff, then, for a simple question, made to wait for extensive periods of time. While the staff is generally courteous when they speak to me, I can't help but be upset by the lack of follow-up and responsibility. I've been a receptionist in an exceptionally busy medical office myself, and I can say for a fact that their lack of follow-up is appalling.
It was an absolute mistake to use this office, and definitely not worth the "convenience" of the location. Forget it. Go somewhere else.
