Walked in and was greeted by the owner Bob. Shop is quite large with a lounge area (complete with a large screen tv) to enjoy your purchase. Bob really knows his stuff and always has a good suggestion when you need help deciding.
This is a great place to relax and enjoy a fine cigar.
