If no stars were an option, that is what I would give.

The owner is RUDE and the least accommodating person that I ve ever met in my entire life.

We left our puppy there on two occasions. The first time, she was very pleasant, although was a bit annoying about setting up an appointment for us to tour the place. I should have known then that boarding our dog there was a bad idea. She has set appointment times, and if you don t come for that appointment, you don t get in. Also, if you come too early or too late, you won t get in. Pick up times for the dogs rarely (if ever) include evening hours. If you get in later than her early pick up time, you have to pay for an entire extra day!!!!!

Yes, she seemed to take care of our dog, no problems there, but her customer service is lacking to say the least.

The second time we boarded our puppy there we had to come home early because of an emergency. We tried to pick up our dog early, but of course could not get back in time for pick up hours. So, we had a friend pick up the puppy for us. My friend was already out in the area, so she swung by about 20 minutes before the scheduled pick up time to get him. The lady made her wait OUTSIDE IN THE RAIN, walking right by the door (So she clearly knew she was standing outside), and refused to even ACKNOWLEDGE her! A quick (Hey, your dog is not ready yet, but please wait in the car and I ll let you know when we re all set) would have done the trick.
