Carini Heating and Air Conditioning

My mother and father grew up in San Diego (went to San Diego High) and ouir family grew up in the South Park area of the city. We lived in old San Diego houses without air conditioning just like most of our neighbors, when it wasn't SO DARN HOT in the summers. But if you've lived in San Diego for more than about 15 years, you know that it gets hotter here every year. Long story short, we finally decided to put air conditioning in our 1924 mission style house - and because of the lathe and plaster walls, it was a challenge to put in new air conditioning ducts and to have the system installed without affecting the old style design of the house. We were referred to Carini Air Conditioning in San Diego by some friends who have old houses like us, and they told us that Carini installed their air conditioning, did a great job and that they really understood how to work in old San Diego houses. Gabe Carini, the owner, made us feel comfortable from the time we met, until the job was done, and we can't say enough about how pleased we are with the results. The team at Carini Heating and Air Conditioning was tasked to come up with a superior custom solution to replace an aged forced air heating and air conditioning system in the two story property here in Carlsbad CA. At every stage of the evaluation and problem solving phases, their team operated more like seasoned IT personnel when compared to typical industry contracted labor. The skill, integrity and ethical approach they used in providing the new solution is rare in any industry. Combined with their unrelenting focus on work quality, detail, performance and energy savings, the new system and ducting is vastly superior to the former unit and solves a 15 year old problem. We have had problems with our furnace for the last few years, and have had several San Diego heating and air conditioning contractors out to our house in La Jolla. Each one tried to sell us a new heating system, and said that ours couldn't be repaired. Brian, the service manager from Carini Heating and Air Conditioning came out and fixed the furnace quickly and never mentioned a word about a new system. We are so pleased with Carini Heating and Air and their commitment to honesty, and have recommended them to all our friends.

My family in Florida was in the heating and air conditioning business - and with the heat there, you're kept busy for a good part of the year. When we moved out to Carmel Valley for my husband's work, we bought a house that was air conditioner ready but had no system installed. Gabe Carini came up with some really creative ways to keep our energy use down with a zone system, and we really have saved a lot of money throughout this past summer. From being around the business, we know what a good heating and air company is like - and I can tell you that Carini Heating and Air Conditioning is the best in San Diego for quality, honesty, and they are a pleasure to work with. And their prices are fair and very affordable.

My wife and I had Carini Air Conditioning come out to our house in North Park to service our air conditioning system (a 10 year old Carrier). The technician (Brian) was very personable and extremely knowledgeable about our system. I'm sure he could have talked us into buying a whole new system, but instead, fixed the problem and saved us a lot of money. We're not sure how long our current air conditioning system will last, but we are sold on the honesty of Carini Air Conditioning in San Diego - that's for sure - and we'll call them again when this old one needs replacement.

We have three condo rentals in San Diego County - in Oceanside, Downtown San Diego and La Jolla. We needed an air conditioning company to maintain all the air conditioning units in the different properties, and hired Carini Air Conditioning for the job. With regular maintenance programs, we make sure that the air conditioners all last as long as they can, even if they are being used in rentals where tenants generally don't care about maintaining them. So for a small amount of money, we get a really good "insurance policy," and our experience with Carini Air has been great. My partner and I highly recommend them for air conditioning service and installation, and a great product at a great price.

I believe in supporting companies that go out of their way to please the customer - so I want to personally thank Gabriel Carini of Carini Air Conditioning in San Diego for the fantastic job his company did for me in two different homes in San Diego. We used Carini Air when we moved to San Diego, and we just hired them again to put in a completely new energy efficient air conditioning and heating system in our new house in the La Jolla - Pacific Beach area. I just moved my family out to San Diego from Chicago, and with all the moving and planning, we needed someone honest and dependable to install an air conditioning system in our new house. We are totally into being Green, - and its great to save energy and money while doing something good for the environment. We checked with a number of air conditioning contractors in San Diego, and choosing Carini Air Conditioning was a no-brainer. We worked directly with the owner, Gabe Carini, and from our first meeting, we could tell that he was a straight shooter, eager to come up with the very best and most cost effective solution for our air conditioning needs (nobody told us that it gets this hot where were living - east of hwy 15 in Poway).

Gabe is very much into the whole Green movement - and we were very pleased that we found an air conditioning company that cares about the San Diego environment as we do.

We were referred to Carini Air Conditioning in San Diego by our contractor, Pacific Improvements. We live in the Pacific Beach / La Jolla area, and we needed a new air conditioning system. Carini Heating and Air San Diego came to my house in Bonita and created an energy efficient heating and air conditioning system for our ranch style home. The house was built in the 50's with rooms added on to make it a sprawling ranch house, with a lot of rooms needing different kinds of heating and air systems.

We have two rooms that were add-ons and neither could accommodate ducting - so we had Carini Heating and Air San Diego install two mini-split systems that are mounted on the walls, require no ducting and keep the room perfectly warm or comfortably cool.

We moved to the Jamul/Rancho San Diego area - bought a 14 year old home that incredibly had no air conditioning. I can't see how the previous owner could have lived there without it. But, we learned about Carini Air Conditioning San Diego after calling around to a bunch of different AC companies. From the beginning, we just felt that they knew how to provide the best solution for us, and felt comfortable we were getting a fair deal. We're totally happy with the results! Heartily recommend Carini to anyone looking for AC and heating in San Diego. They were prompt, clean, courteous and very concerned that they weren't in our way.

I have a large house in the Chula Vista/Bonita area. We hired Carini Air Conditioning San Diego to put in a new air conditioning system and we wanted to make sure that it would conserve energy and be as "Green" as possible. Carini Air knew what they were doing, and took great care to make sure we had all our needs met. I highly recommend them.

Carini Air Conditioning El Cajon installed a new central air system in an apartment building I own. I found them to be great workers, with pleasant personalities and honest ways of doing business. The prices I was quoted were exactly what I ended up paying, with no surprises. We had a number of challenging issues due to the age of the building, but the company found creative ways to address the technical issues where I believe other companies may not have succeeded. I deal with a lot of vendors, including painters, carpenters and other contractors, and I would put Carini Air up there with the best I've seen.

We live east of 5 near Olivenheim Rd. in a 2 story house. When the house was built, the developer put in an air conditioning system that worked OK for the first 6 years we lived there, but then one day it just stopped working. We heard really good things about Carini Air from a couple neighbors who used them for their home in Encinitas, so had them come over for an estimate. I have to say that Gabe Carini was the most knowledgeable and ethical home contractor I've ever dealt with, really taking the time to analyze our needs, and not trying to push something on us. There prices were fair and the system is great. I would not hesitate recommending them to my neighbors and friends.

I don't normally write reviews, but I was very impressed with Carini. Gabriel, the owner, explained the problem and the likely expenses over the phone BEFORE I made the appointment. Other companies would not do this. Gabriel showed up on time, was very knoweledgeable, fast, considerate, and friendly. His price was what I expected - very reasonable. I have been recommending Carini Air Conditioning San Diego to a number of my customers, and I have gotten great feedback about Carini Air's quality of service and honest pricing. Oh - don't forget, Carini also installs whole home air filtration systems in San Diego - great for homes with lots of dust, pets and large yards with lots of vegetation, pollen, and other natural allergy producers.

We built a custom home in La Jolla through a builder and they recommended Carini Air Conditioning. Carini is first class - they know how to work with high end properties and vintage homes with great attention to detail and follow-through.

Carini Air Conditioning also installs whole home air filtration systems that filter the air of pet hair and odors, all from the main system and all programmable. I'm telling you, this stuff is high tech as you want it to be!

Air condition from Carini Air Condition san diego in my house in Encinitas by the beach was a great experience. Carini Air put air condition system and new furnace, plus standalone air condition for granny flat. Encinitas air condition needs different from San Diego Air condition, also chose whole house air filtration air condition system for pet hair and dust.
