I had contacted the internet manager Torey and went in to look at a car, but didn't have the intention of buying that day. Between Torey, Mohamed, and Shawn, I was persuaded to stay and I was bullied after 4 hours of being at the dealership to put down a deposit for a car that I had not seen so that they could bring the car form a different dealership (when I could have just gone to the other dealership to see it another day). I was reassured that if I did not like the vehicle, that I would get my deposit back since no legally binding documents were signed, nor anything that stated that the deposit was nonrefundable. As soon as I left I felt awful about the situation. I felt like I had been taken advantage of. I returned the next day and, I in fact did not like the vehicle. I did not take possession of the vehicle and never went into their financing office to purchase the vehicle. They told me the next day that the deposit was not refundable and they are pressuring me to go back to the dealership so that they can pressure me and bully me again into buy the vehicle. I spoke with the internet manager (Torey), to his manager (Shawn), and to the general manager of the store (Dustin), and all 3 told me that they would not refund me the deposit. They said that I had to go back to the dealership and look at my options (none of which include getting my money back), but I believe it is an attempt to bully me again and I refused to go back.

I called their customer service and it wasn't until a week later after contacting their customer service and escalating the issue that the general manager Dustin said to me,"I'm only getting involved and refunding you the deposit because you are a customer of Eloy (I used to get all my service done there) and I was under the misunderstanding that another dealership was trying to take your business away by offering you a lower deal for a different colored car." I just agreed with him until I got my deposit refunded to my credit car. The NERVE of this guy to tell me he was doing me a favor by returning MY money (at the time I wanted a different color of the same car and Nalley Nissan was offering me a lower deal).

Furthermore, Mohamed treated me like a naive little girl who did know what she was doing with all that money. Sir, I worked hard for my money and I did my homework on the car that I wanted before I ever went into the dealership. People that treat women like lesser beings should never work in customer service.

I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH ANOTHER AUTONATION DEALERSHIP AGAIN IN MY LIFE!

Needless to say I went with a Toyota Prius from MILTON MARTIN in GAINSVILLE. People that base their business plan on Christian values are better to deal with in sales, regardless of your religious believes and/or affiliations.

Zlatan Pelja is a member of the Team Nissan of Marietta sales team. He helped me buy my wife a new 2012 Murano for the lowest price nationwide as advertized on Cars.com. I was extremely happy with the buying experience....so happy, that I bought my daughter a 2012 Sentra last month. I got an even better deal because of the low interest rate that was offered. Great Price, Great Service, Great Buying experience. Ask for Michelle, the online sales consultant. She will set you up with an experienced sales representative like Zlatan Pelja. If you are not sure you are getting the lowest price in the nation, ask to use their computers and search cars.com....they were willing to match the lowest price nationwide...but didn't need to....their price WAS THE LOWEST!!! ....My wife loves her Murano 23 mpg....My daughter loves her Sentra 34 mpg....If the ladies in your house are happy, everyone is happy!!! Had a great experience with Nissan. Jaime was helpful in finding the right product and was knowledgable about the vehicle I was looking to purchase. Michelle was great at getting me in the door to look at the product and contacting me. I felt they were generally concerned that I was happy with the product. Everyone appeared to work well together.
I purchased a product that most people do not know that much about and was surprised to see they had some knowlege about the vehichle. I purchased the Nissan Leaf and am very happy with my purchase. I have been researching this vehicle for some time, so I already knew how the product worked.
I recommend you see someone who is certified in this particular vehicle to show you because of it s complexity. They need to be aware of all the government kickbacks that come with the car and how you can install a service station in your home.
Most people are nervous about this car because it does not work off of gas, it is electric only. NO oil, NO gas, NO emissions. I charge it while I am shopping at Whole Foods, drinking a coffee at Starbucks or during off peak hours at home (while I am sleeping). The cost is about 1/8th the price of gas and is easier to maintain. This car does have some get up and go when you need it and can turn on a dime. It has an electric cord that comes with the car so that you can plug into a regular outlet to charge in case of an emergency.

If you've ever considered buying a new vehicle to replace that old Gas Guzzler then I highly recommend that you go down to Team Nissan of Marietta and talk to Wayne Parker about a Nissan Leaf Zero emission 100% electric vehicle.

I have had one for 2 months now and I am very satisfied with it. It is a great commuter vehicle and it has a lot of zippy pick up when you step on the accelerator. Not to be confused with some of those other boring hybrids (hello, this is NOT your Grandpa's put put hybrid).

Go check it out, you'll find that the Team Nissan Experience is a very friendly, low pressure, learning opportunity wher you are the boss and you have the opportunity to shop around for the best deal.

I think he is a very straight forward person who tried his best in helping me with the problem with my car. He told me don't worry he would work on getting the problem fixed. But at the same time I had an urgent appointment so he got me a rental car to use while he repair my car. The next morning he called me and told me that my car was ready to be picked up. I enjoy going to Team Nissan of Marietta because their customer service is excellent. I would recommend anybody to go to this company.
