I needed this so badly.

A thief broke into my truck through the passenger window bending the frame and stole my radio. After making the police report, I headed to Buckhead Collision where I have been twice before this. James asked if I wanted to repair the inside of the door in addition to the window. I responded "I can't afford it as I lost my job this morning." The estimate was fair and as I expected $1200.
I can hardly see through my happy tears right now. Upon hearing my story they cleaned my truck, fixed my window and door, and knocked the price down to $541. I found out today when I went to pick up my truck.
They care. They listen. They are part of this community. It was near impossible to pay, but I needed the quality work that only Buckhead Collision can provide. Then, they ate more than half the cost. I know what it would have cost because I have the invoice. I know they're fair because I've been there twice before this.
They take care of your auto needs AND you. They are in business to make money, and yet, they understand how hard things can be. You can't know how much I needed this break. I'm proof that they really do care. AND they do amazing work!!!

Great Service & Great Quality Work

I am a single woman parent. I was afraid of my car not getting repaired correctly and I would never be happy with it. The people at the shop were very nice and treated me really well. Mr Wilson assured me that my car would be repaired correctly and that I would be 100% happy when my car was completed. He handled all my insurance company needs. They tried to make me go to their shops, but Mr Wilson advised me I had the right to have my car repaired where I wanted to and that he will handle the insurance company with no problems. He did so. When my car was completed and was also done on time. I was 100% happy with all my repairs and my car looked better than it did before I wrecked it. They cleaned it up also at no charge. I highly recommend this shop 100%

Richard's Buckhead Collision is the BEST in ATL!

I worked with James and he was one of the nicest men I had ever worked with in the automobile industry, considering all the horror stories I've heard. My car looked brand new when they completed it, and they got it back to me way sooner than I expected. I would advise all to go to them if you need collision repairs. Great Team!

Great Repair shop

Great customer service- Been there 3 times for repairs - the last time took longer than the 1st 2 but the damage was much more extensive! My truck looks better than it did before the accident.
I even receievd a free car clean up and my wheels look better than when I first bought it.
Will definitly recommend to every one! Great Staff service and work top notch as always
