I took my truck to have the oil changed and tires rotated and balanced. I picked this store because it was close to my house and a National chain. Amazingly enough, they found over $1000 worth of things that needed to be done, including my brakes, which would cost $140. I opted out on all "new" repais needed.

First problem - took my truck home and parked it for a day. The next morning, oil all over the driveway. Didn't tighten the oil filter, so it was leaking.

2nd problem - took the truck out on the freeway and the rear end was bouncing pretty good. So I took it back in to have them realign the rear end and rebablance the tires. They manager told me that the tire needed a slight adjustment but that the shimmy I was feeling was coming from needing brakes. Not only did I now need brakes I needed rotors and it would now cost me $350, just a couple weeks later.

I wasn't falling for it, so I took my truck to a trusted mechanic who said he had never heard such. The tires were still a slight bit out of balance and the brakes were perfectly fine. When I tried to speak to the store manager about what I was just told, the manager at the store told me that he couldn't talk to me if I was going to be argumentative. I purchased life time rotate and balance on my tires thru this store on my first visit but instead I will pay someone else to do that in the future. I will never grace the steps of this establishment.
