DO NOT GO HERE. I went on Friday Jan 6th to get a pregnancy confirmation test for medicaid. They said I would have my results Saturday Jan 7th. When I called the 7th, they kept giving me the run around that the nurse was not available. Finally Monday Jan 9th I got ahold of someone who said my blood was still at the office and had not even be sent ot the lab and I would not get my results until Tuesday. This delayed sending my medicaid application 4 days. Oh - and they said my bloodwork suggested I was only 4 weeks pregnant. When I got confirmed today I am 8. Guess my blood sitting in their office for 3 1/2 days messed something up. Do not go here, they would not even own up to their mistake.

One time visit, never again.

Took my son for his escalating cough issues that remained almost 2 weeks after initial cold. Couldn't get a same day appt with his regular doctor.
Arrived approx 1pm to an empty waiting room. Nice fish tank. Stayed in that waiting room for over 45 minutes. No patients left the building. They seemed empty.
Taken back to the exam room, waited another 15-20mins. Dr apologized, said there was a meeting that had everyone occupied.
We told her about the cough, but she seemed more interested in his nasal issues. I understand congestion can aggravate cough. She prescribed an antibiotic without telling us whether it was for bronchitis, sinusitis, or what? There was no discharge paperwork given.
For symptoms, she told him to stop taking the OTC meds and take her prescription instead. Her prescription is just a different (and weaker) mix of similar OTC medicines. Waste of money. I don't feel she listened well enough to understand the impact of his cough.
After almost 24 hours of worsening symptoms and higher fever, I called their office. They're open 7 days a week. They said they would return my call. I explained that the cough was much worse than before. After about 12 hours no response, we switched back to the OTC meds for symptom relief and overall symptoms improved greatly. The cough remains, the fever is now gone.
After 2 days no word, they called me back. By this point, we had already switched back to OTC meds for symptoms, but stayed on the antibiotic of course. But most important, we had also had time to setup an appointment with his regular doctor! I was shocked to hear from them at all. I told their caller about their unsatisfactory response time and practice. Her response was horribly apathetic. So, good riddance to this place!

Really regret visiting here, spending the high copay for urgent care, and receiving almost no care. Wish we could get our money back. Their good reviews baffle me because we had such a radically different experience. My son thinks their poor prescription and failure to listen actually worsened his illness.

I went to the clinic for problems with my back. The physician who treated me took the time to listen to my problems and discuss treatment. I was treated with a great deal of respect and the doctor was not condescending as some doctors can be. He discussed my condition and treatment with me on a very professional but still personal level. I really got the feeling that he understood and cared about what i was going through. He also recommended a great physical therapist. I am still having issues with my back, but i feel like i have found a knowledgeable, caring physician who treats his patients with respect.
