I have been doing business with Cabenas Auto for about three years and all I can say is WOW! Chuck and the crew are the heart and soul of a small business. My CR-V has an affinity for car repair issues, and I would trust it with no one other than Chuck. Even the simplest of work, such as an oil change, I dont even think twice and my car goes straight to Chuck. You wont be able to find a better, more reliable car service than Cabenas!

Go to Cabena's for the best all-around Japanese Auto service and repair experience. We consistently receive professionally delivered and complete information about car service/repair needs. Pricing is competitive, diagnostic skills always "spot on," and wait room is clean and pleasant. His expertise and services are unmatched, and we turn to Cabena's for all my Prius needs, big and small. Cabena's has been a life saver and a car saver for me! I used to go to the dealer to get oil changes and left stressed not knowing what to do every time. Then I discovered Cabena's. I have only been in three times and feel like I have been going for years. They looked over my car and told me really what needed to be done an explained it to me. There was no hidden agenda and the things that needed to be fixed really needed to be fixed. I left there happy and content. I was called a week later just to make sure everything was running right. Chuck and his crew run Cabena's as if they were running out of a small town and when I walk in there, I feel as if I am home in my small town again. They remember me and my car. The feel of family is evident. I will not go to another shop again.

I am a long time customer of Cabena's and have always been very happy with their service. Not only is the vehicle service excellent, so is their customer service. They have developed a long lasting relationship with our family and have become trusted advisers. Keeping our cars running in top condition in the most affordable way is a priority at Cabena's. They are honest about work that is required now versus work that can wait a bit to allow you to space out costs if needed. All of our family vehicles are serviced regularly by Cabena's. We go to them for everything, including oil changes. We are thankful for finding Chuck and the Cabena's team.

When I first went to Cabenas, I had a car that was getting very old and needy. Chuck at Cabenas, helped me decide when it was time to part with it. I fully trusted Chucks opinion. I had always wanted a Toyota and knowing that Chuck specialized in Toyota repair it was a no brainer for me. I bought a used Toyota Highlander that was such a good choice for me. It has been so reliable. The care that my car receives at Cabenas plays a large role in that reliability. I take my car to Cabenas for everything except body work and tires. They even do my oil changes within a half an hour. This is such a benefit because I know it is done right and they honestly care about how my car is running. I have had so many bad experiences with the fast paced oil change places that I will never go back. Cabenas is the only choice for my care repairs and oil changes.

Cabena's is the best import mechanic in town. Nick takes care of you and explains what needs to be done to your car - what needs immediate attention and what can wait. Never any pressure here. They'll fix your immediate problem and tell you what can wait for a while. I've recommended all of my friends with imports to go here and they've all been greatful.

A friend recommended Cabenas Japanese Auto Care for our japanese imports, so we decided to give them a try. It was the best decision we ever made. The entire staff was knowledgeable and courteous. They took the time to go over our vehicles with us and prioritize any services needed. Our vehicles run like new. We refuse to take our cars anywhere else. Thanks Cabenas!!

I absolutely love the folks at Cabenas. They have saved me so much money over the years. I never let anyone else touch my 4Runner now. They always take the time to explain what is going on wih my vehicle and the quality of the work is always excellent. I highly recommend these guys. A top notch outfit!

Cabena's became our mechanic for life when I got a call from the owner giving me repair options on my Xterra and one included him not making a dime. I figured any businessman who had my best interest in mind over his own was OK in my book. Their workmanship is stellar, their professionalism is top-notch and the friendly staff can't be compared to any other shop I have ever been to. I pass at least 20 repair shops and mechanics on my way to Cabena's and it's worth every mile. I am SO glad my husband and I found Chuck and his incredible staff.

I was referred to Cabena's with flying colors so I had to check it out! This was over 8 years ago and I won't go anywhere else! You ALWAYS know that you are taken care of and told the truth. I always get great quality work at a fair price! I just had my wife's car there and drove away feeling happy that the quality of work done on her car will last! I am writing to let all know - Cabana's Japanese Auto Car is THE BEST!!!! We met Chuck about 5 years ago when we had just relocated to the area and needed some work on our 4Runner. From the first repair up to today he has made it a pleasant experience. He let's us know exactly what's going on with the car prior to repairing, give us options, then let us decide what we want to do. He also worked on our daughters Honda Accord and again the service we received was wonderful. I would higly recommend him to everyone who is in need of any auto repairs for your Honda or Toyota. Like making other choices for service providers, choosing an auto repair service is never easy. I was a customer of another shop in Acworth for many years. When it was time to make a change, I did some research and found Cabena's Japanese Auto Care. I have been a customer (3 older vehicles) for about a year and I am extremely pleased with the repair service I have received. Chuck, Nick, Susan and Corey are all very professional and I trust them to give me the right advice to take care of my cars. Money is tight and I appreciate it when Chuck advises me that I do not need a certain repair for now. While he does focus on vehicle safety, I have never felt he has tried to take advantage of me and my specific lack of vehicle knowledge by suggesting unnecessary repairs. I can't say that about all service shops. I will continue to rely on Cabena's Auto Service for all of my vehicle repairs. Thank you Chuck.

Cabena's has always done a great job for us. We have visited Cabena's several times with 2 cars and have always been very satisfied with the service and price. I have been a faithful customer of Chuck's for 11 years. His customer service is second to none. He's honest, fair and cares about his customers. Chuck takes the time to explain the issue with my car in layman's terms so that I can understand. I continue to have my cars serviced at Cabena's Japanese Auto Care because I know my cars will be well taken care of at a fair price and the work will be done RIGHT the first time!

The most outstanding thing about Chuck Cabena is the "TRUST" factor. Throughout my life, I have owned many cars and I always worried when it was time for service or a repair. Because I always felt ripped off. But I trust Chuck. With Cabena's Auto Care, I never have to worry. Chuck is an expert at what he does. And he does it with reasonable prices (in many cases, less expensive than the competition).

Cabena's Japanese Auto Care has my highest recommendation.

Wow! I didn't know auto repair shops could be so fantastic.

Cabena's quickly and accurately diagnosed my car's problems and offered me a very fair price for repair. Not like those unscrupulous auto care dealership joints.

They even tell me what must be repaired right away and what I can put off, saving me money and saving me the headache of having to worry.

Always professional, caring service from Cabena's. Highly recommend them to anyone!

I called and mad an appointment for my car to be serviced, my appt. was a week and a half out but it was worth the wait. They provided me with excellent service at a great price. They seemed very fair and honest.

There truly are good honest mechanics out there, and Chuck and the rest of the folks at Cabena's Auto are proof of that! I have been to Cabena's Auto more times than a college budget can afford, but I wouldn't take my CR-V to anyone else!
After almost blowing the Compressor in my car, Chuck and the crew were able to repair the broken fans and get my car blowing cool air again, a big plus during a Georgia summer! After finding out that Honda is having flaws in their Compressors on the CR-V, Nick was able to relay the part information and other details about the repair so I could join a class action lawsuit and regain some of the money spent on the repair.
I wouldn't do business with any other company and hope that I do not have a career relocation anytime soon!!!

I've been getting my cars serviced at Cabena's for years. They've been up front and honest since day one. I've never been pushed on unneeded parts or services like most other shops seem to do. Even though they aren't the closest place to me, I even go there for my regular oil changes. They aren't trying to sell me a new air filter or other unnecessary items every time I walk through the door. If they tell me I need something, I trust that I really need it. If it's something that can wait, they let me know. They don't try to milk me for everything under the sun. They understand that doing right by me will keep me coming back. An honest mechanic is hard to find and I hit the jackpot. Thank you Chuck & the Cabena's team!

I have been a customer of Cabenas for many years. I even get all my oil changes there. The quick oil change places always seem to tell you need extra items at every oil change. When I get an oil change at Cabenas and I am told that I need something I believe it. They thing I love is that they always tell me what I am going to need and when. They dont try to push me into things and they tell me what to plan for instead. It really helps me budget. I have always had positive experiences with Cabenas. I will be a customer for life and I recommend them to everyone I can.

Cabena's Japanese Auto Care is the BEST mechanic I have ever used. We learned about this awesome shop through some friends of ours after telling them we were nervous about where to take our Xterra to be repaired. Before he repaired one thing, Chuck called me personally to discuss the problems and review my options- one of the options didn't even make him a dime. Every time since that we have gone to Cabena's it has been an easy, professional and awesome experience. I recommend Cabena's to anyone I know looking for a mechanic. Thank you, Cabena's!!!

I have known Cabena's for over 8 years. I was told that I should go there for my repairs when I was asking around for a suggestion when I moved to the area. I was told that Cabena's was the best. I had to check it out for myself. I will not take my vehicle anywhere else. It is not an often visit (because the repairs are #1) but all my repairs and service on my 2000 Tundra and wife's 2006 Honda Accord are done at Cabena's! I have to trust the Honda to get my wife back to me every time and not be unreliable. Thank you Chuck and your whole team for making me feel confident and safe in our vehicles!

If you're looking for an honest, reliable place to handle all your car care needs, run... don't walk to Cabena's.

After being ripped off again and again at the Toyota dealership for overpriced and unneeded repairs, I discovered Cabena's Japanese Auto Care. Believe me... I have never looked back.

Chuck Cabena has kept my '97 Camry running strong. He advises when work needs to be done ( so that I can plan ahead ). He also lets me know if items can be "put off" for awhile.

I trust Chuck -- his service is the BEST and the customer service is outstanding! I'll be a grateful customer forever. Give Cabena's a try -- you won't be sorry!

Just came home from another excellent experience at Cabena's Japanese Auto and wanted to share it. I used to dread taking my car into a mechanic because I always felt that I was being taken advantage of. What a relief it was to discover Cabena's. They are honest and reliable. They tell me what work should be done immediately and what I can put off, so I can plan for my car care.

Ladies: the office is clean, the staff friendly and you don't feel like some douche is trying to pull one over on you.

Oh and get this, they actually reward loyal customers, unlike some places that only give special treatment to new customers. They gave me a complimentary oil change today just because I've been a customer for so long!

I had lived in this area for 11 years, and that whole time, I have never found a mechanic that I entirely trusted. As a result, I spent a lot of money at the dealer whom often seemed to be trying to get me to do work that didn't need to be done. (ie. a new timing belt months after it was replaced.)

So, after my neighbor called me to rave about her new mechanic for the third time, I decided to try him. I took my car to Chuck Cabena, and he diagnosed and fixed a problem that others had been unable to diagnose, much less fix. I have had no more problems with that issue nor have I been at all disappointed with any other work he has done. In fact, he has on more than one occasion told me that I did not need to have a repair done at the current time.

Now, it seems like our whole street is gladly carpooling each other to Cabena's for our vehicles. (Of course, he always reminds us that he WILL come get us if we need it.) I can't imagine not being happy with his services.

With auto care, customers are totally at the mercy of the repair shop. Our long time mechanic sold out his business. The new owner had no problem with a routine oil change but when the dash light came on, he managed to hand us a $400 repair bill that included a $20 part...... When we had the same issue again, a family member led us to Cabena's. They fixed the problem for free and shared with us the things that needed to be done with our SUV for it's 100,000 check up. They prioritized the list and over the next few months, we worked thru the list and were able to prepare our vehicle for another 100,000. They earned our confidence and we have shared their company information with multiple people who also have been totally satisfied. We will always call on Cabena's Japanese Auto Care.

The month I pay my Toyota's loan off, and my car won't start. Cabena's was the first and only place I called.

My car was in the shop the following morning, and they kept me in the loop the entire time. They explained to me exactly why my car was acting a certain way in terms I could actually understand. Cabena's was honest and prioritized what needed to be done right then and what would need to be done in the near future and went out of their way to get all the parts I would need... even making multiple trips out just so my car could get fixed on time. They even went through and inspected my fluids, the condition of my tires, and my brakes.

Not only was my car taken care of, but I as a customer was put immediately at ease. I had to bring my three year old daughter with me, and everyone was super sweet to her. They didn't mind at all when she asked questions in the office and even had a table set up with books and coloring supplies for her to entertain herself with. I was also able to set up my computer and work while I waited!

I live in Lawrenceville, over an hour away from Cabena's, and I would drive twice to distance to have them work on my car. I will continue to take my business to the only mechanics I know who are fair, honest, and tell it to you straight. Cabena's has my business for life!

Upon moving to Georgia from California, one of my concerns was whom to trust to work on my aging Toyota pickup truck. I, like many others, barely know a spark plug from an alternator, so when something goes wrong with the vehicle I have to put my faith and trust in an unknown person and hope. My trust was rewarded handsomely with Chuck at Cabena's. I had trouble with the transmission and I assumed, and would easily have believed, that I needed a new transmission and coughed up thousands. However, Chuck diagnosed the problem as something much less drastic, fixed it expeditiously and economically to boot. Chuck COULD have taken advantage of my ignorance, but he DIDN'T and that is priceless behavior. In Chuck I believe exists a rare combination of technical excellence and excellent honesty. The mix is priceless to me and I can say that I, almost, look forward to a future breakdown just to have the pleasure of supporting Chuck and his business.
