Classey was subcontracted to install the heating and air conditioning unit in my new town home. We closed in the winter so we did not actually use the AC until a few months later. When we did, it was a mess. It always seemed to be in overdrive and it never seemed to cool the house off. Then things started getting damp and one room was so hot you couldn't go into it for more than a few minutes. Classey came out and said nothing was wrong. We called and had them come out 11 times and each time they said nothing was wrong. Their receptionist told me that legally they only had to make sure the unit cooled to 15 degrees below the outside temperature. This infuriated me. I made them come out again and when they did, the 12th and final person finally discovered that they had never put duct work into the top floor and had installed the dehumidifing coil backwards (in essence, humidifying our house in the middle of summer). Want bad service? Want people who have no idea what they are doing? Call Classey. If not, take your business else ware.
