one item showed a small defect after 3 years of use. No questions asked after seeing the problem. The replacement was delivered to my home 50 miles north of the stores location.. Incredible customer service at every turn.

I wish everyone I work with offered the same level of service, creativity and style as Kolo. The furniture is great - definitely what you should have it you want to stand out from the crowd. And you could not ask for better people to work with. After looking at other outdoor furniture stores, I walked in with photos and layouts of my back yard and absolutely no idea what to do with it. They were able to create three different outdoor rooms that are fantastic. Don't take my word for it. Listen to a friend of mine. When he saw it for the first time, his first comment was "if my wife sees this, I'm dead."

So.. I realized a few years ago that as a result of my passion for animals, I needed to transform my non-animal area into a social area; that is, if I had any intention of being able to have guests at my home.
I had a small reality check that everyone did not like to sit and visit with several animals in their lap and grazing in their hair. Hmmm. That realization left me with one option - I had to transform my front yard from the typical cut-the-lawn-and-pollute-once-a-week, fairly useless space into a zen garden social club.

As a focal point of my house then, I not only needed beautiful furniture that could blend with my zen garden, but I also needed furniture that was comfortable, easy to clean and, in my hood, something that couldn't easily "walk."

I don't think I have one piece of furniture in my front yard that is not from Kolo - and I did it one piece at a time. Kolo offered the perfect blend of all of my requirements which seemed a bit impossible: beautiful & comfortable & easy to clean AND hardy?!. And yet, it was so gosh darn easy and possible.

Nearly every time I'm in the yard, I have someone stop by and tell me how much they love my furniture..and ask where I "found" it..as if it were a discovery.
Kolo is definitely a great find and discovery between their selections and their great ideas and unbelievable commitment to their customers. Big thanks to the family at Kolo for helping me every step of the way.

My only question is, why is it outdoor furniture? My next project is to start outfitting my indoor furniture with the same requirements as my outdoor furniture - beautiful, unique, comfortable, easy to clean, hardy...and, of course, animal friendly!

We have very limited space on our second floor balcony and were struggling to find furniture that looked great and didn't look like it came from Target.
The staff at Kolo was fun and easy to work with and actually listened to our thoughts and concerns. With that information they were able to show us a great pairing for our balcony. They have a wonderful selection of both outdoor and indoor furniture and accessories.
We now have an awesome look and with the weather turning warmer we will spend as much time as possible on our balcony.
Go to Kolo... you won't be sorry!

The guys are Kolo are terrific. I felt like a made new friends from the minute i walked through the door. They have gone out of their way to help with deliveries or to make the most minor repairs so everything is perfect. (No joke they came to my house to replace a little wood plug on the side of one of my bar stools). The furniture is very high quality and i am thrilled with every piece i have. Working with Kolo i have transformed my porch into a new room and I enjoy it year round. Really great and unique things throughout the store. They have wonderful gifts as well.

After being in our condo the past six years, it was more than time for a make-over for our Balcony-Patio. So many choices, and all the usual designs. But we found Kolo on the Westside, @Howell Mill & Huff Rd. The assortment of patio furniture was outstanding. Not any of the usual everyday looks. And they do carry our favorite, Brown-Jourdan. We wanted a good custom look, and the staff delivered. We picked out our own fabric, and the cushions were customed made. And we found a very unusual umbrella, which pulled the whole look together. They also have a great assortment of planters, for a container garden of annuals. And the lunch at nearby, Baccanalia, was a great place to celebrate!
