Southern Restaurant Hospitality Group owns the Burger King on Old Milton Parkway in Alpharetta. I experienced the worst customer service ever on 4/3/2010. I ordered a #9, ketchup only, no mayo. I received a #9 with mayo and lettuce, not even ketchup. When I handed it back to "Matthew" the manager, he literally verbally attacked me - telling me that is what I ordered. "Ketchup only means we put lettuce on it." Not even giving me the opportunity to explain to him that my ketchup only, no mayo #9 had mayo on it. He didn't even check or ask me what was wrong with the sandwich, he was more interested in belittling the customer, trying to prove that he didn't do anything wrong. The verbal attack was so vicious that I simply asked for my money back. When I asked him why he would not just apologize for getting the order wrong he ignored me and closed the window.

This man, "Matthew", has no business being in customer service. He is a rude and angry human being that can't even get a #9 ketchup only, no mayo, right.
