I was looking for a colorist in Atlanta to color my naturally dark brown hair to a golden blonde. A friend told me about DASS at Lennox Mall and I was hesitant to see someone new for the first time and have a drastic color change. Milana did an amazing job and gave me exactly what I wanted. I brought a picture for reference and she went above and beyond to make sure I had a good experience! She was patient and listened to what I wanted. I'm loving my new blonde hair!!! If you are looking for a talented colorist in Atlanta, see Milana at DASS in Lennox. Also, Nikeria gave me a great cut; I have long hair and she layered it up really nicely. Overall great experience.

This is my third time going to DASS at Lenox Mall and I have had the best experience every time. The first time was with Jacob and the last 2 times were with Katherine. They both graduated from Paul Mitchell and are fantastic young stylists. They listen, they know what they??re doing and they give you exactly what you want. Katherine and Jacob love what they do and it shows. These are the people you want holding the scissors! I??m in sales and my appearance in front of new clients is very important. I always feel confident walking out the salon when they cut my hair. I look great, I feel great, and for $25 it??s worth it! Thank you Katherine and Jacob!

Pros: Best Hair Cut with Katherine and Jacob! Great Price $25

Cons: None that I can think of.

Oh my God, I have NEVER had a worse spa experience in my life. The staff there is rude and made me feel like I was inconveniencing her. She had to be about 65 years old, over weight, nasty long nails and a horrible bleach job, not to mention the Dorthy Hamil meets Emo Philips haircut.
She was rude, unprofessional and had a major attitude. Not to mention she waxed my privates with NO gloves and double dipped in the wax container. How many other woman's "privates" are in that hot wax bowl!?!? It's kept hot, think of the bacteria cesspool in there!! Made me sick.
The State Board needs to check on this place.

Funny you say that, I used to see Kate and Rachelle at Dass. I found them through the internet under google and they now work at Soren Salon. They have a website, look up soren or soeren salon and it should come up on google. Hope this helps you out.

I used to go to this salon and I now live in NYC but am going to Atlanta to visit and want to get my hair cut and colored. Kate and Racheel used to work here and they both left. Does anyone know what salon they went to?

My experience to DASS was not a very pleasant one. They called me the night before to confirm my appointment, but I guess it would have also been nice if they had told me that the person I scheduled my appointment with was in California. They just passed me on to someone else and acted like it was no big deal. The walked me downstairs and showed me where to wait, but made no effort to make me feel welcome or even speak with me on the long elevator ride downstairs. As I am waiting for my stylist she came running in for my appointment and called me the wrong name. She had only worked there for 3 weeks and clearly had no idea how to style my Caucasian hair. The products that she used in my hair made it look greasy and very stiff to the touch and I could barely run my fingers through it. I had to come home and immediately take a shower and re-do my hair. I would not recommend going here.

Want great hair, see Stacy and Kristy! I have been going to Stacy Harvey for over 5 years and she is a color genius! I am always impressed with what she does! She is also so sweet to me. I have recently started seeing Kristy for a cut because my other stylist moved, and I love her, too! I love going to them and would recommend them to anybody! -luv you Jenny P.

Stay away from the colorists at this location at Perimeter Mall. I went Stacy Harvey and the color did not take. I called her, and she did not return my call. So, I made an appointment for a redo and she told me the salon had changed it's policies on redo's and she would have to charge me (1 week after the color did not take). I asked for a manager and was told there were no manager on duty and the owner Don Shaw was on vacation. I then called the main number and left a message. But, no one returned my call. So, I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, and I am disputing the charge on my credit card. Stacy Harvey is rude and immature. The service in this salon is well below par. The colorists in this salon are a bunch of caddy women. After a customer leaves they bad mouth their customer. I suggest you take your hard earned $$ and spend them where your respected.

DASS salon has a real gem in Mark Dotson. He is one of the best trained, most experienced stylists in the city--and I've had my locks shorn enough place to know. He can take a sow's ear and make a silk purse, hair wise. I was fortunate enough to have him recommended to my husband and myself when our stylist left Atlanta, and we have both been singing his praises since. I have people stop me on the street constantly to ask who cuts my hair. He has the ability to do what you want while simulatneously making it as flattering as possible, which can be difficult. He also keeps himself up to date on beauty trends and can recommend other beauty services in the city, truly making it a well worth it experiance.

I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone. Heaven forbid Hollywood ever finds out about him, he'd be snatched up in a sec.

I went into DASS for a full leg and bikini wax and had horrible results. I was there for nearly 2 hours because the esthetician claimed she wasn't sure how to do a wax and had to get help from another person. After all of that, I was only offered at 10% discount on my services. I would never go back.

I have worked in a day spa and a high end destination spa, and Dass Salon & Spa is a great place to be for spa services. The atmosphere is pleasant to be in, and the decor is very classy. The spa is clean and the staff friendly and courteous. If you want to take out a hour in your day for a massage or facial this is the place to go.

Mark Dotson, Dass Salon at Lenox Mall, is terrific. Great personality. Good with clients and with the scissors. He gives his honest opinion, but considers what the client wants too. I have had many good haircuts over the years, but this one is the best. I get compliments from friends and "on the street". The salon is great too, bright and modern with friendly staff. Definitely worth a try!
